Had remote start put on my van and they did a great job. They had it installed and ready to go within a couple of hours.

I'm planning on getting my daughter a remote viper starter like the one I had installed. I love mine! When she gets hers I'm making sure Steve in Oakdale installs it like he did mine. He is so nice, knowledgeable ,quick, thorough and courteous! He is the best!

I had the Geek Squad install a Viper DS4+ remote car starter in my granddaughter's car, and they did a great job. The shop area was well organized and the technician had no doubt done this type of installation many times. The installation was completed within the estimated time frame and the technician did a nice job of going over the functions of the remote starter transmitter with me and my granddaughter so we understood everything. The remote starter has worked flawlessly ever since the installation.

The installer was not just professional, but very informative and his attitude was positive!! He had scheduled crammed back to back by other staff, but he was tackling the installs with determination to get them done!! I drove up and he give me clear instruction of everything he war going to do and how I can upgrade later.. Awesome fellow.. If he doesn't have a degree in electronics, best buy needs to pay him like he does because he knows his practice!!! Thanks best buy.. Shall come for another install at this location again despite an hours drive.

I got my remote starter installed and it only took 45 mins to 1 hour. The tech is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is nice enough to hide the all the cables from my dash-cam. He showed me everything when it’s done and answered all my questions. I don’t remember when was my last time visiting Best Buy, but this experience will definitely earn my business back and will shop there more often now instead of amazon. Thumbs up for car audio tech. Remote start on my 2021 crosstrek sport went a lot faster than expected and the installer was super helpful and knowledgeable! Walked me through everything!

I am very surprised the guy installed my Car Remote in 35 minute three weeks ago. and also eight year ago the guy installed remote starter, is still working perfectly.

This was the third one we had installed. I highly recommend having Josh Farmer install you unit. He is at the Best buy on Academy in Colorado Springs. Very happy with the product and more impressed with the service.

I was lucky enough to have Isaac from the Best Buy install department help me pick out a car starter for my Toyota. He gave me options of what I should buy after hearing about my car. He was professional courteous and awesome to work with. The install he did was perfect. I am very happy with Best Buy installation department. You can depend on Isaac to do the right thing and to do it professionally perfect!

When they said it wouldnt take 2 hours an i would have a remote start i couldnt believe it. Such a great upgrade. It didnt even coat me that much making for an even better investment.
