Great overall! Communication was good during the process, leaving zero chance of surprise costs. Consultation was very helpful as I was having my audio system installed and I wanted to make sure that I had everything needed for the job. The remote start/security system install was flawless, and they checked with me when they found leftovers of an old system that had to be removed. Everything was completed on time and I have zero complaints. This was for my daughter's car and she was very happy.

Had two compustar remote starts installed on two different kias. The first one (2011 sorrento with security update recall performed ) the installation had an issue where the alarm would go off after pressing the start button on the remote. The tech brought the car back in and was able to get that working properly so make sure you try before you take it home. Best buy does a nice job giving you a tour of the system before you go, so just don't let them turn off the system too quickly after the remote start is activated. Let it run for a minute. Make sure it continues to run the to alarm doesn't beep the horn.... One side note on the Kia is is the original remote lock/Unlock fob does not work when the car is started with remote system otherwise ... Works fine if you don't start the car with the remote though. Also the key fob the Kia gives does not remote start the car. If you hold down the unlock button twice like the compustar documentation says it will, that is not correct

Geek Squad has always been super friendly and super helpful, even with the most basic questions you can ask them. This has been the 1st time that I have used their Car Installation group and also just as nice. Wish they would have taken more time to demonstrate, show and answer questions I had about the product. Instead I had to do some research on my own. More time could have been spent on the install as it was done a bit shotty and constantly have to retuck some of the wiring as it keeps falling out from where it was placed.

Service people great if not over worked. Appointment was delayed by over a hour but install was perfect
