Works as expected with viper but not with compustar.

The installer did a great job, if i need anything else installed i will come back here.

Jonathan Yodichkas, the installer was beyond excellent, his knowledge is superb, installation went timely & his teaching of using the unit was great. This man needs a raise ! But I can't say that for trying to use the Geek Squad to schedule my appointment. Totally incompetent and useless people. Had to go to the store & speak to the manager who put me in contact with Jonathan who quickly & efficiently solved everything, got me scheduled and completed the installation on the day scheduled. Can't say enough for Mr. Yodichkas.

FOLSOM BEST BUY has a VIPER master installer named James. My beloved 1997 F250 presented some unique challenges such as analog vs digital. He has years of experience in the field, and he knew what couplers and plugs and adapters to use to upgrade my truck. He also cleaned out a whole bunch of dead/obsolete wiring from under my dash. I no longer have a mess of wires hanging down from several old alarm systems. I'm happy with the system, and I'm VERY happy with the clean installation. I highly recommend him.

Start excellent love it so much better then going out in the morning to warm up the car gonna be good for the summer cooling it down to should of thought of this before i bought another one for my other car also save me time from sitting in the car warming it up i just get in and take off

The tech at Millbury Ma Best Buy was fast, friendly, knowledgable. The install of my starter with Drone add in was done in about 2 hours and I’ve had no issues at all.

I was very impressed with Chris. He was the one who installed my remote start system. I had a problem getting the system I purchased delivered to the store. He kept an eye out for one and let me know as soon as he found one. He also woked late on my truck to make sure it worked perfectly.

The Technical guy installed my automatic start kit was very professional and helpful with the instructions.

Great overall! Communication was good during the process, leaving zero chance of surprise costs. Consultation was very helpful as I was having my audio system installed and I wanted to make sure that I had everything needed for the job. The remote start/security system install was flawless, and they checked with me when they found leftovers of an old system that had to be removed. Everything was completed on time and I have zero complaints. This was for my daughter's car and she was very happy.

Had two compustar remote starts installed on two different kias. The first one (2011 sorrento with security update recall performed ) the installation had an issue where the alarm would go off after pressing the start button on the remote. The tech brought the car back in and was able to get that working properly so make sure you try before you take it home. Best buy does a nice job giving you a tour of the system before you go, so just don't let them turn off the system too quickly after the remote start is activated. Let it run for a minute. Make sure it continues to run the to alarm doesn't beep the horn.... One side note on the Kia is is the original remote lock/Unlock fob does not work when the car is started with remote system otherwise ... Works fine if you don't start the car with the remote though. Also the key fob the Kia gives does not remote start the car. If you hold down the unlock button twice like the compustar documentation says it will, that is not correct
