This was the third one we had installed. I highly recommend having Josh Farmer install you unit. He is at the Best buy on Academy in Colorado Springs. Very happy with the product and more impressed with the service.

I'm planning on getting my daughter a remote viper starter like the one I had installed. I love mine! When she gets hers I'm making sure Steve in Oakdale installs it like he did mine. He is so nice, knowledgeable ,quick, thorough and courteous! He is the best!

I appreciate that they were doing their best to get ahold of me to reschedule on the same day when the tech that was supposed to do the job didn't show up. The installation was within the time frame stated and I was shown how to use the starter. The person was very professional and also helped me with a small issue under the hood of my car.

FOLSOM BEST BUY has a VIPER master installer named James. My beloved 1997 F250 presented some unique challenges such as analog vs digital. He has years of experience in the field, and he knew what couplers and plugs and adapters to use to upgrade my truck. He also cleaned out a whole bunch of dead/obsolete wiring from under my dash. I no longer have a mess of wires hanging down from several old alarm systems. I'm happy with the system, and I'm VERY happy with the clean installation. I highly recommend him.

The tech at Millbury Ma Best Buy was fast, friendly, knowledgable. The install of my starter with Drone add in was done in about 2 hours and I’ve had no issues at all.

Can’t go wrong with this unit. If you get this unit, you can work it with your factory clickers, but you might need to ask for that. I asked them about it. To get them to do it and that entailed moving the control center out and hooking it back up to the computer.

The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to install everything very quickly. I have had zero problems and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great overall! Communication was good during the process, leaving zero chance of surprise costs. Consultation was very helpful as I was having my audio system installed and I wanted to make sure that I had everything needed for the job. The remote start/security system install was flawless, and they checked with me when they found leftovers of an old system that had to be removed. Everything was completed on time and I have zero complaints. This was for my daughter's car and she was very happy.

The agents were polite, professional, helpful, & extremely fast! They showed me how to use the starter kit after installing in both mine & my girlfriend’s car. We have had the starter kits in our cars for a year now & have experienced no issues! Thank you again!!

Best Buy really sets it self apart with this service. It's not even close. For the Viper system purchase price and free guaranteed installation. Yeah. I'll recommend this to any and everyone. All this plus the backing of a Nation wide company.

Geek Squad has always been super friendly and super helpful, even with the most basic questions you can ask them. This has been the 1st time that I have used their Car Installation group and also just as nice. Wish they would have taken more time to demonstrate, show and answer questions I had about the product. Instead I had to do some research on my own. More time could have been spent on the install as it was done a bit shotty and constantly have to retuck some of the wiring as it keeps falling out from where it was placed.
