They stepped in for another store in a pinch

I asked the manager to call the other BB location in town and they took the install on a moment's notice - even though they were swamped. They were very professional and courteous - I will go there FIRST next time!

A few months after install, had an issue with a dead car battery (unrelated) which caused the programming to reset. took it back in and they set it back up for free. Great service!
