Professional install is needed when applying to the car

My wife and I were very please with the customer service given to us by the installation technician assisting with this install. We appreciated his positive attitude as well as his knowledge about the remote starter. I hope someone will reach out to him and let him know that he represents your company very well!!

The guys in the back did a great job. They were quick and courteous. They synced my wife's factory FOB to the system They asked about run time so they could set it the way she wanted. I was really, really happy!

Took Less time than expected for installation. I stopped by Best Buy a few days before installation to find out how long it wold take to complete the job, I was told between 1-2 hours. My installation in the end took just under an hour.

We already had a remote start from another vehicle (originally bought / installed at Best Buy and taken out by them also). I thought the service was great. Ryan is always friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the price was a bit high, but then again you get what you pay for. Thanks again. You know we will be back.

SO glad I invested in one of these and Best Buy installed it for free. Great service, easy scheduling and very well done.

Remote start is great, however took a couple of months for Best Buy to install because they don’t apparently have enough help. If you want to use the product right away and don’t want to wait, then purchase somewhere else.

This came at the best time. Truck can be started from in the house and is warm a few minutes later. No more cold truck.

It was a struggle to book the service and with so much change as well as personnel change I almost cancelled and returned it all. However, i'm glad I stuck to it, tech was great and explained it all once it was finally done, 2 months later.
