Great product. Purchased it online, and set an appointment with the geek squad at the same time. Took my car in and they installed the car alarm within an hour. Everton was smooth.

The installation tech was very communitive on the tech side of the install and asked me on the settings of how sensitive to set the alarm.

I have had multiple remote starts installed on a lot of cars I've owned, but this was the easiest and best price by far, I will use Geek Squad for car installation and more needs!

My wife and I were very please with the customer service given to us by the installation technician assisting with this install. Got this product at a great price and it works great.

Remote start is great, however took a couple of months for Best Buy to install because they don’t apparently have enough help. If you want to use the product right away and don’t want to wait, then purchase somewhere else.
