Great guys back there. Very respectful and very helpful! Gave me all the information I needed.

The tech's were on prompt, couteous, and clean. Everything was put back (as best as I can tell) just like it was. They took the time do demonstrate how it works and told us how to download the app to use the phone starting. Very good experience.

The young gentleman who did my install was very informative & knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. He seems to go above & beyond for the customers.

I have had multiple remote starts installed on a lot of cars I've owned, but this was the easiest and best price by far, I will use Geek Squad for car installation and more needs!

We bought 2 remote start units on Black Friday. Felt like it went well till install time. Neither appointment was entered and the t harness was not included. After 3 attempts we finally got them and all the extras installed. Never again. Shop local if they want to act like Walmart.

Great product. Purchased it online, and set an appointment with the geek squad at the same time. Took my car in and they installed the car alarm within an hour. Everton was smooth.

The installation tech was very communitive on the tech side of the install and asked me on the settings of how sensitive to set the alarm.

Went to pick up my truck after the installation. Batteries were dead and I had to wait another hour after I showed up for the batteries to charge up. I looked at the installation and the work is very sloppy. Taper ends of wires that were cut. And I didn't see new wires ran. I had an old remote start that was removed and I believe they reused the old wiring harness. I also was charged for a tilt switch that wasn't installed. I realized all this when I started hearing engine noise through my sub woofer. I called and got the run around. I don't have time to take my truck back in. Very annoying.

This is great for them Cold days or nights u just don’t wanna wait in your car, while it’s heating up... Just hit a button and your in and out on the road. Also Great for summer on them extra hot days.. just make sure u turn the A/C on, so when you return to the car it’s nice and cool..

once we got there they kept us very informed. be sure to ask in advance how long it will take - the on line appointment engine said it would take 90 minutes; once we got there we were informed that our model auto actual took 5 hours and we didn't bring a second car so we were trapped there

Great service and it would be 5 stars but the unit they installed and the wires were not secured enough so they keep falling down from the spot they put them at and it's down by my brake and the spot where you rest your left foot when driving.

I have had a lot of GS service performed at the store. This was my fifth remote start install and I trust them to do it right even if it takes longer.

The install technician Tim at the Melrose Park location was great! Very helpful. I was sold a security system instead of a remote start system and he got my the right system that I wanted and was very knowledgeable. He even did the exchange himself!

The agents attached my remote start and got it working after several attempts. To be fair my car was difficult and required a lot of extra items. But they worked on it till they found the solution! Pretty quickly considering all they had to do!

The installation of my remote starter was done by Billy at the Hickory store and he was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend BestBuy for installation services.

The staff at Best Buy did a great job with the installation of my remote starter. I highly recommend them. They were quick, friendly, and answered all my questions with patience. I will be using them for electronics installation at home as well.

They installed the auto start pretty fast and took the time to walk my daughter thru the operation. She can either use the included remote or she can use the original key fob, so that's nice that either can be used.

The Geek Squad Auto Tech at Palisades Center are a top notch team. The have installed Compustar remote starter and T Harness into my car in the time frame they said they could. Their work was fantastic, my car was not messed up, they are professionals who do great work THANK YOU TECH TEAM.
