    I have had a lot of GS service performed at the store. This was my fifth remote start install and I trust them to do it right even if it takes longer.

    I have had multiple remote starts installed on a lot of cars I've owned, but this was the easiest and best price by far, I will use Geek Squad for car installation and more needs!

    Dave did an amazing job. I received all the features of the product and I truly enjoy it. The bonus is I didn't even have to ask. Dude is so professional and courteous, and he takes his time with each and every customer. My install started on-time and was completed faster than I thought.

    Viper alarm system installed by Geek Squad

    Great product. Purchased it online, and set an appointment with the geek squad at the same time. Took my car in and they installed the car alarm within an hour. Everton was smooth.

    It was a struggle to book the service and with so much change as well as personnel change I almost cancelled and returned it all. However, i'm glad I stuck to it, tech was great and explained it all once it was finally done, 2 months later.

    Remote start is great, however took a couple of months for Best Buy to install because they don’t apparently have enough help. If you want to use the product right away and don’t want to wait, then purchase somewhere else.

    Dave was very thorough in his exclamation of the installation process and review of the remote start. I was ecstatic on my remote start and how it works. The service was seamlessly pleasant and it was a quicker turn around time as originally quoted. Thanks for your service !

    The tech's were on prompt, couteous, and clean. Everything was put back (as best as I can tell) just like it was. They took the time do demonstrate how it works and told us how to download the app to use the phone starting. Very good experience.

    Great service and it would be 5 stars but the unit they installed and the wires were not secured enough so they keep falling down from the spot they put them at and it's down by my brake and the spot where you rest your left foot when driving.

    Went to pick up my truck after the installation. Batteries were dead and I had to wait another hour after I showed up for the batteries to charge up. I looked at the installation and the work is very sloppy. Taper ends of wires that were cut. And I didn't see new wires ran. I had an old remote start that was removed and I believe they reused the old wiring harness. I also was charged for a tilt switch that wasn't installed. I realized all this when I started hearing engine noise through my sub woofer. I called and got the run around. I don't have time to take my truck back in. Very annoying.

    The install technician Tim at the Melrose Park location was great! Very helpful. I was sold a security system instead of a remote start system and he got my the right system that I wanted and was very knowledgeable. He even did the exchange himself!

    We bought 2 remote start units on Black Friday. Felt like it went well till install time. Neither appointment was entered and the t harness was not included. After 3 attempts we finally got them and all the extras installed. Never again. Shop local if they want to act like Walmart.
