This is great for them Cold days or nights u just don’t wanna wait in your car, while it’s heating up... Just hit a button and your in and out on the road. Also Great for summer on them extra hot days.. just make sure u turn the A/C on, so when you return to the car it’s nice and cool..

The installer installed the remote starter correctly and made sure that the remote worked correctly. He also programmed my other key fob, so that the starter works with that one as well.

once we got there they kept us very informed. be sure to ask in advance how long it will take - the on line appointment engine said it would take 90 minutes; once we got there we were informed that our model auto actual took 5 hours and we didn't bring a second car so we were trapped there

They installed the auto start pretty fast and took the time to walk my daughter thru the operation. She can either use the included remote or she can use the original key fob, so that's nice that either can be used.

The agents attached my remote start and got it working after several attempts. To be fair my car was difficult and required a lot of extra items. But they worked on it till they found the solution! Pretty quickly considering all they had to do!

Went in to get remote start installation. Everything works fine, they showed me how to use remote. Only concern is that my horn didn't work after and I think someone messed with my interior led lights.

Not my first time visiting Best Buy to install something for me. Omi (sp?) was very pleasant, knew what he was doing and didn't try to sell me extra stuff. Gery satisfied with his installation. Was told it could take 2 hrs, and I was out of there before 1.5 hrs. Thank you!
