The installation of remote start was smooth until I got home and started having issues with it. I had to go back to Best buy twice for them to try to fix it. Had issues with it since the day I got it. No longer have this vehicle no longer have the problem or headache of dealing with it

We had the Geek Squad install our daughter's remote start on her car. They were super helpful and friendly, walking my daughter through all she needed to know. If she/we had any questions in the coming days, we were to just call or stop by.

The installer did a great job. The problem was that he text the wrong number and I spent hours on the phone trying to get through to anyone in the store. If you try the extension for the install department it goes straight to voicemail, there is no return call. The installer says he doesn't even have a phone back there so he has no idea where all the calls go to? This is a Horrible phone tree system. Trying to get any information on the picking up my car was impossible to get a person on the phone even anywhere in the store was impossible, I kept reaching a phone center.

The installer installed the remote starter correctly and made sure that the remote worked correctly. He also programmed my other key fob, so that the starter works with that one as well.

The agent installed the unit in the time frame scheduled. Explained how to use the remote and answered all my questions.

Not my first time visiting Best Buy to install something for me. Omi (sp?) was very pleasant, knew what he was doing and didn't try to sell me extra stuff. Gery satisfied with his installation. Was told it could take 2 hrs, and I was out of there before 1.5 hrs. Thank you!

Went in to get remote start installation. Everything works fine, they showed me how to use remote. Only concern is that my horn didn't work after and I think someone messed with my interior led lights.

He did a great job on my car , he fixed the remote sensor in my car , I will recommend anyone who wants to get one

This remote start was compatible with my original key fob that came with my 4Runner. So I don’t even have to use the fob that came with remote start but I have it as a back up just in case. Being able to get into a warm car when it’s cold outside has been amazing. Highly recommend!

Dave is the most professional person I have seen. He is very professional, kind and always looking out for the customers.

The installation service was excellant. Took just over 2 hours to complete. The technician explained how to operate the remote start and all safety features like lock unlock and anti theft engine shut off.

Waco Store does not have an installer. We had to drive an hour (one way) from home to Temple and leave the truck. Then got a call to find out they were not able to install the Viper. So another hour trip back to pick it up. Did not have a good feeling when I got the call to confirm my appointment because they did not sound too sure over the phone about installing it. Kinda disappointed since it was my sons graduation gift.

Installed my keyless entry device. Staff was ready to answer all my numerous questions. He was really professional

We dropped off our SUV, and everyone was following COVID guidelines. They covered the steering wheel and also put our key fobs into a baggie. It was quick, and installed well within the quoted timeframe. They explained how it all worked.

The geek squad is a very good deal. It is for everyone in the house so i had my car remote start module changed and my daughter had a problem with hers and they fixed that also, all covered by the Geek Squad package. It is $200 for one year but covers a lot.

Excellent service. The tech even programmed my OEM key fob to operate the remote starter. To my surprise all of my key fobs even my husbands will operate the starter. Love this product and the attention received with the installation.

Geek Squad installed my remote starters on my 2 cars and they were prompt, efficient and trained me on the operation of both remotes. Also informed me that if anything goes wrong, I can bring it to any Best Buy for free service.
