This remote start was compatible with my original key fob that came with my 4Runner. So I don’t even have to use the fob that came with remote start but I have it as a back up just in case. Being able to get into a warm car when it’s cold outside has been amazing. Highly recommend!

We dropped off our SUV, and everyone was following COVID guidelines. They covered the steering wheel and also put our key fobs into a baggie. It was quick, and installed well within the quoted timeframe. They explained how it all worked.

Excellent service. The tech even programmed my OEM key fob to operate the remote starter. To my surprise all of my key fobs even my husbands will operate the starter. Love this product and the attention received with the installation.

The geek squad is a very good deal. It is for everyone in the house so i had my car remote start module changed and my daughter had a problem with hers and they fixed that also, all covered by the Geek Squad package. It is $200 for one year but covers a lot.

This was necessary for the installation. The tech installed it perfectly. It's hidden behind the dashboard. The tech made me very happy I chose Bestbuy.

Great customer service. We dropped off the car and went to see a movie and came back and the installation was completed. All has been great and the installers were very accomodating!

Geek Squad installed my remote starters on my 2 cars and they were prompt, efficient and trained me on the operation of both remotes. Also informed me that if anything goes wrong, I can bring it to any Best Buy for free service.

I had an alarm system installed in my truck and they did a great job. They were even able to get me in a little earlier on my appointment day which freed up my evening. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.

I was very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the installation staff. They were great!

The agents took a long time installing the system. First I was told 2 hours, then 4 hours and eventually 7 hours later it was done. They were nice but just took most of my workday.

My appointment was at 9am, but arrived at 8:30am just to make sure I was in first. I finally left close to 1pm with everything installed. I was not made aware of the hold up until going back and inquiring at 11:30am. Apparently there was some confusion as to how to install in my vehicle. My vehicle is relatively old and numerous, so this should not been an issue. I also believe the installer should have been prepared beforehand.

Agent was thoroughly aware of what I needed and addressed the situation accordingly
