Did not have to do this myself. Best service for people who dont know what they are doing.

I had an alarm system installed in my truck and they did a great job. They were even able to get me in a little earlier on my appointment day which freed up my evening. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.

The agent was very helpful & very clear in explaining on how to use the remote. The work was done on the said time.

When it comes to install and messing with wiring of a car, you gotta go a trusted source and reputable place..not just a lil pop up shop. So who else do you trust besides Best Buy....they do a stellar job and know what theyre doing and stand behind their work!

Got my remote start installed in Sterling, VA. The bro there (don't remember his name) was extremely meticulous and super cool. It took a few hours to get it installed but for the job he did it was worth the wait. 5 stars on yelp, I mean best buy.

Great customer service. We dropped off the car and went to see a movie and came back and the installation was completed. All has been great and the installers were very accomodating!

Brian at Panama City Best Buy did an excellent job installing my remote starter. It was installed in less time than I was quoted. He also spent plenty of time explaining how it worked and answered all questions I had.

Very good knowledge for work. Tech put all her experience to work on wrong harnesse.

My appointment was at 9am, but arrived at 8:30am just to make sure I was in first. I finally left close to 1pm with everything installed. I was not made aware of the hold up until going back and inquiring at 11:30am. Apparently there was some confusion as to how to install in my vehicle. My vehicle is relatively old and numerous, so this should not been an issue. I also believe the installer should have been prepared beforehand.

I surprised my granddaughter with the remote starter for her birthday. She is very happy and enjoy all the convenience this remote has. Thanks Geek Squad for making my granddaughter birthday special.

Service and installation was great. On time start and the estimated time of installation was right on target.
