They had an issue with scheduling but they were very flexible to move me around and even have a discount for the trouble. Install went smoothly very easy to work with.

The service dept was so helpful in setting me up with the correct harness application for my vehicle remote car starter. No wait since the part was right there in the store.

Best buy just forgot to order the installation with the t-Harness. Just a couple of days the the harness to be shipped to me. So I could take it with me the day it was installed.

The Best Buy that installed it was great. I heard not so great things about the one closer to me so I had to travel but worth the wait.

I needed a harness for a remote start that i bought for my wifes car.

Installation went smoothly. Appointment instructions not very clear and staff was a little condescending. No real effort to explain features well.

I didn’t need the T-Harness for the install on my FJ, that didn’t matter to the tech. While it did take longer the tech took their time and wired everything expertly and my Compustar Remote starter works awesome!

The staff was really nice, since i have a lexus they told me they were going to take a little longer but where really friendly.

The techs. where great one to install my starter and the other to install the alarm. Both answered all my questions. both where very pleasant.
