I love my new keyless entry alarm system making it to open and close my car door without having to fumble in the dark for my keys this is quite a treat and I am glad that I had the work done

After several attempts working with the my installer, we finally got the service done. It only took so long, cause we had to keep ordering parts.

The installers were able to install it right away...and they were great to week with.

The installation tech called me an hour before appointment to let me know I could come in early if I wanted. I did arrive a few minutes early. Install was done in an hour so I was done a lot earlier than expected.

They explained everything very well and answered all my questions

The guys met me outside (Covid Restrictions) told me hold long it would take to install the Remote Starter and when to return. The guys I dealt with were Polite, explained how to used it.

The guys who installed my alarm had very good customer service. I forgot their names but both of them were super nice and they explained to me everything I needed to know.

They dont know what there doing there liars cant get local store it sends you to mn there home state so cant talk to the store you buy from and call center doesnt have a clue on what there stores do they told me they dont install but charged me for it then sent all wrong parts had to cancell instzll from1/6 to 3/26 and spent 10 hours arguing with call center to connect me to store and said they cant hang up and call store again so i did sat on hold another 25 minutes only to talk to call center again now its 840 pm they close at nine they said they must be to busy to answer so the call goes to call center so dont buy from them go to pc richards or some where else they need lawsuites or the be shut down forshady stuff they do like sell returns as new not honoring there own comitments to customers cause nobody wants to work or there stupid or just lazy good way to conduct buisness losers jeff
