We have always had great service at the Oshkosh location. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job. He will take the time to explain things and answer any questions you have.

The installers were able to install it right away...and they were great to week with.

If you guys make a return on an Isreal item please make sure they return everything. Including the install. They returned the item for me and I got stuck with the install bill. Best part I never had the alarm installed.

I was going to install it myself, but the temperature went down to single digits, so I had it installed by the geek squad. KeKe did an excellent job of routing the wire for the antenna and an overall great job!!! =)

install went smooth. Was disappointing they couldn't get the one auto sliding van door to work while started is being used. Was told they were going to contact manufacturer and let me know if they could fix.

Rinaldo installed the Viper Anti-Theft device in my car. No one will be stealing it!

Works really good but it doesnt audio chirp like my viper alarm to let me know its armed or disarmed. Other than that, I like it.

Took way longer to install than originally told, back up camera only works half the time, I would go back to best buy just not this particular best buy in the future

The agent was fantastic. I had a windshield installed and the tech broke something and my alarm would not work. Went to Best Buy and the agent had it fixed in 15 minuets at no charge.

I visited several sites for inform on what to purchase. Once I visited the store, they assured me of the correct parts needed and I was able to make the purchase with installation with confidence.

The gentleman that helped me was phenomenal. I can only hope to have him again in March for my next installment. He explained everything thoroughly and did not rush. Perfect first time experience.

A few weeks later, had to cancel order bc auto was totaled by a police cruiser running a red light at high speed. Staff was very helpful and courteous in handling this transaction.

Dont forget to get the "peace of mind" of this service. Gotta have the replacement warranty from Best Buy.

Best buy did an awesome job putting in my auto start. I am so happy with the customer service willingness to help me to be knowledgeable of the auto start going into my van.

The agents mounted my device in a timely manner and with professionalism. I like the way it was installed without seeing the wires. The agents did a great job!

The day of my scheduled install there was a one day deal on the upgraded version with a 2-way and a 1-way remote, so I returned this one and got the better one for $11 more. Install rescheduled.
