I arrived half hour early and was taken right in. Was told hour and a half to two hour installation. Was amazed that it was done in a little over a half hour!

I am very pleased with my car starter. Keeps me warmer longer after the end of the work day... Nothing like a cozy warm car to climb into after walking across a cold icy parking lot.

The agent was very nice and knowledgeable about the installation. After the install he explained everything clearly and in depth. I would recommend my friends to come to best buy if they need something installed.

You guys are blessed with a such a knowledgeable technician which is Darren. Thank you very much for the job you did on my car where some other shops in the city couldn't figure out.

Tech was very with helpful with scheduling, and very knowledgeable about the product. He made the remote start work with the existing remote and the remote that came with the product.

Remote start works well, but the tech didn't know how to reset my power window switches. I left and had to figure it out myself after an extra hour of troubleshooting

Works really good but it doesnt audio chirp like my viper alarm to let me know its armed or disarmed. Other than that, I like it.

Remote start. So nice to have a warm car first thing in the morning.

The installation department did a great job installing my remove start. They left no mess and no marks in my vehicle. They were friendly and did the job in the allotted time frame given.

Dont forget to get the "peace of mind" of this service. Gotta have the replacement warranty from Best Buy.

If you guys make a return on an Isreal item please make sure they return everything. Including the install. They returned the item for me and I got stuck with the install bill. Best part I never had the alarm installed.

I was going to install it myself, but the temperature went down to single digits, so I had it installed by the geek squad. KeKe did an excellent job of routing the wire for the antenna and an overall great job!!! =)

install went smooth. Was disappointing they couldn't get the one auto sliding van door to work while started is being used. Was told they were going to contact manufacturer and let me know if they could fix.

Took way longer to install than originally told, back up camera only works half the time, I would go back to best buy just not this particular best buy in the future
