Remote starter was installed faster then the quoted time which was nice

Completed in a timely manner, installation was done professionally and tec was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I appreciate that they were doing their best to get ahold of me to reschedule on the same day when the tech that was supposed to do the job didn't show up. The installation was within the time frame stated and I was shown how to use the starter. The person was very professional and also helped me with a small issue under the hood of my car.

Geek Squad has always been super friendly and super helpful, even with the most basic questions you can ask them. This has been the 1st time that I have used their Car Installation group and also just as nice. Wish they would have taken more time to demonstrate, show and answer questions I had about the product. Instead I had to do some research on my own. More time could have been spent on the install as it was done a bit shotty and constantly have to retuck some of the wiring as it keeps falling out from where it was placed.

The person that installed my remote starter for my car did a wonderful job. He was super nice and answered my questions. He installed it within an hour.

I had several items installed at the Des Moines BestBuy. They did a fantastic job. They explained what they would be doing, how long it would take and they were right on schedule.

Can’t go wrong with this unit. If you get this unit, you can work it with your factory clickers, but you might need to ask for that. I asked them about it. To get them to do it and that entailed moving the control center out and hooking it back up to the computer.

The tech installed my remote starter fast. It said would be 2 1/2 hours to install. He had it done it about a hour was very happy. Works great.
