I would not bring my vehicle there to have install ever again the service guy bragged on myself saying he was the best But whenever l brought my vehicle back for him to see as to why my light inside continuously blink after he installed the system l came to the Beaumont store three times and still haven’t got anything done . I asked to speak with manager and still nothing was done still having the problem with my inside lights panel is still blinking to the point we do even use the system and want it removed and returned back to Best Buy The manager told us to buy a warranty to have the installer to take it out and replace it back in . I’m still waiting to hear from the head office and it’s going on a month now

Great job other than the confusion about installing the microwave. Not a Geek Squad problem per se but 3 months is a very long wait to get 3 of the 4 appliances you ordered.

Geek squad installed an alarm system in my vehicle. Install took a little longer than estimate because there was a bad shock sensor, but otherwise they did a good job.

Instal was required and included in the purchase of the remote start. Went well and wasn’t pushed to buy “extra” parts

They were very good with communication on the phone.

I didn't really get a chance to test the product yet but I must say that Geek Squad team go above and beyond to take care of customers. Thanks again for everything.
