I was notified and reminded of my scheduled appointment. The Geek Squad technician thoroughly explained how-to use the Viper and my remote to start the car.

I had several things installed and all work perfectly, however the airbag sensor also needed to be reset, which required a return trip to Best Buy.

Everything was connected in short time and with a smile!

Dissatisfied with my membership. In some Best Buy stores the people that work for geek squad don’t want to do anything to fix your computer.

The T Harness should be included in the purchase price. Can use the car starter without this item.

we used geek squad to install the product into the vehicle. Only issue is there were only a few locations that did vehicle installs, so it was a bit inconvenient.

This is my second time to get my cars remote auto start and this second time the only thing that happened was they unplug my gas door so I wasn’t able to open but other than that it was good.

I bought it for my grandson for Christmas, he loves it. My grandson said the agent did a great job

I had a remote start kit installed at my local Best Buy yesterday. While the product it's self is great, the install left a lot to be desired. Specifically I have 3 issues.... 1) The purchase included several items... the remote start, a wiring harness for my car, and a relay. At the time of service, I was charged again for the relay. I'm still trying to get someone on the phone to help reverse the extra charge and will likely have to dispute with my credit card company 2) We spoke at drop off time about run time for my remote start. I was told I could select 15, 25 or 45 minutes. I asked for 25 mins. Tested this when I got home and it was left at the factory default, 15 mins. This required a second trip to get it corrected. 3) I asked at pickup if a hood pin switch was installed. I was told by my installer that my car did not require one and it was built into the vehicle already. The remote start would not work if the hood was open, which is a safety feature. I tested it today and wouldn't you know it... it starts if the hood is up. Either the tech was wrong, or he lied knowing it was not installed. This comes down to you get what you pay for I think, unfortunately. Hind sight is 20-20, but thinking I should have paid more for a local, independent shop to install. More money, possibly less mistakes / hassle!

Was not compatable with my car but i didnt find out untill 2 days before my appointment. They should told me before spending $500.00
