I had a Viper cal alarm with remote locks installed on my 2009 Nissan Rogue. There were problems from the beginning. The alarm would go off when it shouldn't and it was impossible to stop with the key fob or car mounted control button. We would have to wait for it to stop sounding on its own. The problem would come and go. I took the car in several times for troubleshooting but the problem kept returning. After 8 months of back and forth, with several appointments canceled by the technicians, I finally asked Best Buy to remove the alarm and remote locks entirely. Of course by this point, it was too late to get any kind of refund. The technician said if he could figure out a solution to the problem, he would reinstall it for free. But I havent heard anything back a couple weeks after the alarm was uninstalled, so I doubt that ever happens.

Very knowledgeable, and I had my car back early. Great service, this will definitely be my choice of locations if I buy anything else that needs installation.

Should be able to use remote start with cellphone too, followed instructions by tech but install drawback since still cannot get it to work with cellphone so will have to return again.

The installers at the Erie, PA store are GREAT! They answered all the questions we had and juggled their schedule to accommodate an additional install.

Excellent install, very well described what was going to happen. Left, when returned, the options were explained again and shown how to navigate buttons.

The agents mounted my car alarm and I requested to add a remote start to the car. they did it for a fee. my car is still working and noise sensitive but worth the security.

The remote was installed perfectly and the only visible sign that they had done anything was the antenna necessarily stuck to my windshield. Highly recommend!
