They did a great job installing the remote start. Can not even tell that it was installed. They also finished 30 minutes early too!

Love my remote start, but whoever installed it ripped my weather stripping on my brand new 2021 Jeep. Now waiting for parts from the dealership and apparently they are on back order. I was told that they did not do it, but they are the only one who has been near that side of my vehicle since I picked it up

Yeah so for starters, appointment was set up for 9 am, no one inside said we needed to drive to the bay in back. Secondly, they never said we needed to purchase a remote start kit inside. They just said to schedule an appointment. The apprentice was great and did a great job. I will never recommend the person that runs this though. The lack of communication from the people inside was appalling and a waste of my time. Take it elsewhere, a verified dealership or the Kenosha Best buy. Not the gurnee one.

I like the idea of having the car warm and ready to drive. The techs were very good at explaining the use of the device.

Installation was great. Installer was very knowledgeable, I bought the viper remote start first but switched to compustar to work better with my vehicle.

They installed my remote start in the allotted time they said they would. It did take a long time to get an appointment though, like over a month.

The guy that put in my remote start did an awesome job had it installed in about 1 1/2 hours and even linked it to work with my key fobs awesome job!!
