Installation was quick enough however i was still charged for the same total labor charge which was calculated for more number of hours of installation even though less time was required .

Worst experience ever! I purchase a remote start and had installation scheduled 1 month in advance to the date, because they were so busy. Then the day before the installation crew cancelled due to some emergency. Rescheduled for a week later. The day of the installation, yep - they cancelled on me again and said I'd have to wait 2 months. I got scheduled a month later at a different location. Had to drive an hour to new location and when I got there at the appropriate time the installation tech told me it would take 6-8 hours and they were closing in 4 or 5, so he wasn't sure he could do it. I was told it was a 2-3 hour job, so I was now stuck in a different town in winter with no transportation for many hours longer than I was told. The installation got done right before the store closed, but no one offered up any type of apology for the inconvenience of the entire ordeal. Plus, the installation tech at that store was a jerk. ON a positive note, the remote start was great and I love it even still.

Being a Best Buy TotalTech member is worth every penny. The Geek Squad is a bonus.

After purchasing an alarm system and set up for installation at pacoima store, I received a call saying they don't do installation and they gave me so many excuses not to make the installation i had to canceled my order.
