Installer was on time and very professional, maintained his distance, installed the product and cleaned everything once it was tested and completed.

Excellent service. The only thing is technician didn't install the remote comes with device and because of that I cannot use it with my phone.

Yeah so for starters, appointment was set up for 9 am, no one inside said we needed to drive to the bay in back. Secondly, they never said we needed to purchase a remote start kit inside. They just said to schedule an appointment. The apprentice was great and did a great job. I will never recommend the person that runs this though. The lack of communication from the people inside was appalling and a waste of my time. Take it elsewhere, a verified dealership or the Kenosha Best buy. Not the gurnee one.

Installed and reviewed with the wife how to operate & answered all questions. Didnt have to do a thing but buy & that doesn't happen to me to often.

Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. Knew the product ins and outs and explained everything to me in a way that I understood.

Bought this on sale on deal of the day. It was a birthday present for my daughter she absolutely loved her in her car specially in winter.

Tech installed my alarm system, and went thru all the steps to activate it. He also showed me how to use the remote start.
