The installer was the best and knowledgeable, and helpful. Shaheed Armstrong was very confident in showing me how to operate the remote control.

Remote start installation was not the greatest. I had a call telling me my car was ready, I show up to see people pushing my van in to garage bay, Installer pinched and broke wires on my car, he tapped to repair, car died. I had to wait for him to trouble shoot and repair, I asked him to get me a new harness but he just tapped it back. Finally he was done, and I asked him to install the app on my phone like the product states, he said I would need another appointment, just unprofessional from start to finish. I would recommend this store and item, just not the installer.

They sent me emails often. Had to cancel once, I guess they overbooked themselves. Did really nice and professional work. Having later hours in evening would be a plus.

I am very satisfied at the amount of time and effort the Best Buy employees gave while installing my vehicle starter. I won’t shop anywhere else because they always take care of me

Great remote starter, but poor installation killed my starter a couple months later. Dealership sold me a new starter for $900, now it works well

Geek Squad is the only way to go for installing our remote car starter. Simple to set up the appointment and dropping off the car the day before was really nice.
