The staff at Hagerstown and falling waters wv is really helpful and supportive

First off there installation department doesn't have a clue. Charged me like an extra $100 to remove the old alarm which was okay with me but then it began. I ended up going back 3 or 4 times because the alarm wouldnt stop going off. I went out of the country and it went off for a solid 2 days until it killed the batterie. It was like 2 weeks before I could get in so I had to disable the alarm. Which meant I had to take everything out of the van overnight. So I get it in. Pick it up they say everything is okay. Get it home and 20 minutes into arming it starts going off like clock work, So I make another appointment. Drop it off they put another alarm in it. Bring it home. The same thing. Bring it back up there. They said it was the battery which didnt make much since to me. But since I had put an older battery in there from where the alarm killed the last one I figured I try that. Put the new battery in.. SAme thing. So the lack of installer said bring it in and they would just. Take it out and refund my money. So I dropped it off that night but they had gone home early and no one was at the installation shop. I left the keys with one of the people in the store. When I bought the van I didnt get a door key. Anyway I gets a call the next day the installer locked the door and can't get in. So I have to pay a locks smith $100 to go out there and open the door. Once I pick the van up they only refund the amount that the alarm cost. So i'm out of $200 extra dollars plus all the head aches involved. The kicker is I made an took it to a real shop and the put it in and it works fine.

Tech installed my alarm system, and went thru all the steps to activate it. He also showed me how to use the remote start.

Good install, less than ideal scheduling. The technicians installed in a few hours which is what they said. There was issues because to took over a month to get in to it installed. 2 hours in and got a call saying my veh encryption required additional keys. I had to reschedule another month and a half out. I wish this wouldve been brought to my attention before hand.

Well I always recommend installing remote starter with Best Buy.If we have any issues regarding start up,They would like to do it for free.
