I had a call telling me my car was ready, I show up to see people pushing my van in to garage bay, Installer pinched and broke wires on my car, he tapped to repair, car died. I had to wait for him to trouble shoot and repair, I asked him to get me a new harness but he just tapped it back. Finally he was done, and I asked him to install the app on my phone like the product states, he said I would need another appointment, just unprofessional from start to finish. I would recommend this store and item, just not the installer.
