Purchase a Viper DS4 remote start previously and everything was working fantastic for approximately 2 years. I needed to change my vehicle batteries and the remote start quit working. I scheduled an appointment for reprogramming and they couldn't get it to work. They talked me into purchasing a Compustar remote start and they still couldn't get that to work. After a bunch of excuses they finally got it to work but when I asked if it was programmed for a diesel engine and a delay for the glow plugs they didn't know what glow plugs were. The install guys have no idea what they are doing and have a bunch of their friends running around inside and out and is very unprofessional. I'm going to reach out and fill out a complaint

The tech installed remote start for my Toyota 2019 Siena, He explained me how to use it, He was polite respectful knowledgeable. May God Bless Him.
