The agents were polite, professional, helpful, & extremely fast! They showed me how to use the starter kit after installing in both mine & my girlfriend’s car. We have had the starter kits in our cars for a year now & have experienced no issues! Thank you again!!

Best Buy really sets it self apart with this service. It's not even close. For the Viper system purchase price and free guaranteed installation. Yeah. I'll recommend this to any and everyone. All this plus the backing of a Nation wide company.

I originally scheduled my install in the Rockville store since they had the sooner opening. I was sick the morning of the install so I had to cancel the appointment, but was able to schedule at a store much closer to my home in Fair Lakes. Luke, from the Rockville store made sure I had everything lined up for the appointment at Fair Lakes and even offered to help get the cable needed for install to us since it was not originally shipped to us with the Remote Starter. I was so impressed by his initiative to go above and beyond to help. Though I was relieved to be able to stay closer to home for the install, the technician at the Fair LAkes store was horribly rude! His first statement to me was "was that all you brought? You are missing a piece" because I brought in what was shipped to us when we ordered the part at the Fair Lakes store. It was not my fault that the part needed was not also shipped! When I told him I had called the day before to ensure that part was here, he responded "give me your keys" in a rude tone. He gave no instructions as to where to wait, when to return, how to work the heater in the cold waiting room. The bathroom door had an out of order sign on it but at some point an employee came in to use it. I asked if the door to the store was always locked and he said yes. I told him it was very cold in here so he kindly set the door so I could go into the showroom to stay warm. I got back into the waiting room just in time for him to be done. He gave me quick 10 sec how to work it and gave me back my keys. I hope I never treat my patients in my job the way he treated me.

I had the Geek Squad install a Viper DS4+ remote car starter in my granddaughter's car, and they did a great job. The shop area was well organized and the technician had no doubt done this type of installation many times. The installation was completed within the estimated time frame and the technician did a nice job of going over the functions of the remote starter transmitter with me and my granddaughter so we understood everything. The remote starter has worked flawlessly ever since the installation.

I needed to know which was the best starter for my Nissan Juke. I heard that people had trouble with locking their cars and not being able to unlock with the FOB that came with the starter. I was told the best device to get for my car and it works like a charm, no problems locking or unlocking my car.

Man this dude was on point in installing my remote starter, did a great job, very professional, quick, effective and very efficient and great detail. When done he explained to me on how to use it, I definitely left there a very happy and very satisfied customer, will be going back for another very soon. Great Job keep up the good work.

First of all, I do not leave reviews. I am only sharing this experience with the hope that if I do share my experience, I can save others the frustration and disappointment to be had at Best Buy. My experience was horrible! I had previously bought a car stereo at the Fort Smith store and had it installed. I should have never gone back to give the store any more business because the installer IS NOT COMPETENT to be installing any car audio or any type of remote start. This was the second time I made a mistake in trusting Best Buy in Fort Smith to have equipment installed. I purchased a remote start system for a 2005 Mustang GT and looked forward to having it installed. I paid cash for the equipment and waited for seven days for the installer to call and set up an appointment for the installation. I NEVER got any call. After trying to contact the store through the Best Buy customer service number multiple times, I was told that customers are not allowed to speak to the store directly and are only allowed to speak to the customer service agents at the 1-800 number. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I decided to go to the store in person and find out why I had not had an install date set yet. The installer said my install would be very difficult, would take all day and that I should take it to another store location. I found this funny since the website says the install time is 2-3 hours total. I quickly learned he picks and chooses what he wants to install for the customers. After speaking with the assistant store manager, Maliki, I received ugly looks and a poor attitude that easily let me know they did not care if I was happy or not. I asked for a refund on everything I had purchased and let the manager know that he had issues he needs to address in the automative install department; He did not seem to care and acted as if I could not leave the store quickly enough. After three weeks, I finally received 95% of my money back in a check from Citibank (I lost part of the taxes on the products). PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT TRUST BEST BUY IN FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS TO INSTALL ANYTHING ON YOUR VEHICLE. I have since decided to never do any business with Best Buy again and I now let everyone know how I was treated.

The installer was not just professional, but very informative and his attitude was positive!! He had scheduled crammed back to back by other staff, but he was tackling the installs with determination to get them done!! I drove up and he give me clear instruction of everything he war going to do and how I can upgrade later.. Awesome fellow.. If he doesn't have a degree in electronics, best buy needs to pay him like he does because he knows his practice!!! Thanks best buy.. Shall come for another install at this location again despite an hours drive.

I got my remote starter installed and it only took 45 mins to 1 hour. The tech is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is nice enough to hide the all the cables from my dash-cam. He showed me everything when it’s done and answered all my questions. I don’t remember when was my last time visiting Best Buy, but this experience will definitely earn my business back and will shop there more often now instead of amazon. Thumbs up for car audio tech. I was lucky enough to have Isaac from the Best Buy install department help me pick out a car starter for my Toyota. He gave me options of what I should buy after hearing about my car. He was professional courteous and awesome to work with. The install he did was perfect. I am very happy with Best Buy installation department. You can depend on Isaac to do the right thing and to do it professionally perfect!

I can't speak for every Every Car installs Geek Squad. I can say I trust the guys in Portsmouth New Hampshire. They were upfront and told me that they were not able to install this in my Atlas VW instead of doing any questionable work. So I was able to cancel my order promptly and get my money back. I will be bringing my Tundra to get a remote starter installed. They installed my remote starter in my 2018 Camry. Great job, and I look forward to them doing a great job with my Tundra.
