Sucked

I ended up going down there 4 times before they got it right. First time they over scheduled and couldn't get me in, even though I was the first appointment of the day, go figure!!! The next time I went down the installer was sick... They told me they would call me and reschedule, which they never did... So three weeks later I called and made an appointment and once again went down there and they were over scheduled, again... I really needed a remote start because of where I live my windows were iced up horribly each morning, It just made it easier... Had I not gotten an incredibly good price on the product, I definitely would not have pursued it, I would have just canceled and returned the product... Once it was installed it works great... The manager promised to make it right, due to all the hassle and inconvenience I had, but that never happened!!!
