    After making three calls and transfer three times - Geek Squad to LG Support back to Geek Squad and than to a different Geek Squad tech. I did get some general information that I was looking for. Although it was pretty generic. I still was left with trouble shooting my issue on my own. The advice I did receive was helpful in with my trouble shooting process.
