I start my car from the top of a hill to a covered parking area at the bottom. It's a decent distance from the house. It starts every time. They did a great job installing it, and they finished faster than I thought.

This is a tricky, one… Installation was Timely; however, having a few issues. The remote starting is working well, but when I unlock my truck and open the door, my alarm goes off. Thought we had a workaround, but it is not working as expected. I have a an appointment scheduled to do some rework and tweaking. Hopefully this should resolve the alarm issue.

I can't speak for every Every Car installs Geek Squad. I can say I trust the guys in Portsmouth New Hampshire. They were upfront and told me that they were not able to install this in my Atlas VW instead of doing any questionable work. So I was able to cancel my order promptly and get my money back. I will be bringing my Tundra to get a remote starter installed. They installed my remote starter in my 2018 Camry. Great job, and I look forward to them doing a great job with my Tundra.

I absolutely love Best Buy's remote installation service. This is the second time I've done it it's usually completed within two hours. Never had an issue with the car alarm system. The remote starter is a game changer.

Awesome service. Remote start was installed super quickly and when it became unpaired due to service I had done elsewhere on my starter, they re-paired my remote free of charge. 10/10

Tony did a good job when installing the remote starter. He gave me all the information I was needing to have something fit my needs. Everything works phenomenal and I will sure come back for any future installations.

My installer was Great. Called me early ahead of my appointment. Said he had finished his prior install early. Said I could come in for mine earlier. Got in. He got started right away. They originally quoted me 2 to 3 hours. He was done on 1 hour 10 minutes. He cleaned up the truck nicely. Only thing I wish. Was that I had been given more time on the demonstration side. He went through extremely fast. And didn't help with the programming of the starter with the phone app. Otherwise it was a Great install!!!

I came in for my scheduled installation, at which point, he explained that the remote start system I had purchased, with help from a different Best Buy, was the wrong one for my car. He did everything he could to get me the right product quickly and then took me in for the install immediately upon receipt. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My appointment was canceled, I dont know why and one of the part also missing. There was great effort by the store representative and helped me to rebook the appointment on the spot and I was able to fix the part in my car on same time.
