    My phone person was polite, she pushed that i buy my car starter before i could see if there was an appointment sooner than listed once i had it in my basket. I did buy it as told, she cush the appt, I was gleeful, I got to the store and l my parts weren't there because virtual people and store people don't communicate! My appt was changed, my order date on products wasn't, the store manager accommodated me in person with an upgraded starter in stock at the same price, thank goodness. Time is a must in commodity. Respect that. I'm an avid shopper of best buy, I was about to change my entire perspective that day.
