After initially struggling to schedule the installation, the store manager and installation associate made several phone calls to coordinate an earlier installation as the appointment schedule changed. The installation was quick with clear communication regarding drop off/pick up and product instructions.

I had 4 appointments for a car alarm installation before it was working properly. The first appointment was at the Fairmont location, and the install was done but the guy couldn't get the door locks to work. He scheduled me for another appointment the next week, and still couldn't get it work, because I needed a part they initially told me I didn't need. After a few weeks of not hearing from anyone on getting my alarm installed correctly I had to drive 35 mins to the store for them to send me to a location an hour away (my third appointment). At the third appointment the guy told me he wasn't certified to mess with the wiring and made an appointment for another location that was over an hour away from home. The guys at the Sugar Land location finally were able to help and got everything working as it should and it took less than 20 mins. The guys at the Sugar Land location were very knowledgeable and quick. If you're in the houston area and need a car alarm installed go straight to them. The Sugar Land location gets 5 stars from me, but the other locations get 2, which is why I'm giving an overall rating of 3.

Just had this Viper car alarm installed and it works great ! Now my doors automatically lock when starting my vehicle. Didn’t have that before installing.

Excellent service installing my remote start system in my Truck last year. They were on time, explained what they were going to do and explained what else I needed to make it work for my diesel truck. Then once installed, they made sure I understood how it worked! Very nice and competent!

The Merrillville, Indiana location was excellent. All my questions was answered. My installation was done in a very timely manner. Everyone in the store was very polite & helpful. I will definitely return back to that Best Buy.

The installer of this Drone Remote start using was excellent. Because my check engine light was on, he discussed the installation process, made me aware that if he ran into any problems, he would let me know. No problems were experienced and he was dead on when he said it would be done. As a matter of fact, he was 20 minutes early which helped me get down the road to work. I will come back if I purchase this unit for my other vehicles.

The agents installed our remote start timely without any issues

If was a ruff start the 1st item would not work after trying for hours had to to order a different brand and reschedule to have it installed but all went will the 2nd time and it works grate.

It’s took about an hour and a half which I would say is not too long especially when there only one guy working. he was great.

Great product. I got this for my Daughter's Honda as a Christmas gift. I took it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad installed this under two hours. My daughter loves it, especially with the cold weather that just set in!! Great range. She can start it easily from her bedroom!!

This item was purchased to work with my new Viper smart car start. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it for your next purchase if you hate getting into a cold vehicle during the winters.
