    Any time I use the remote start, my tire pressure warning system tells me to contact the dealer. The dealer checked out the problem on multiple occasions and couldn’t figure it out. Finally, on my last complaint, they tracked the problem to the remote start installation. I’ve had four remote starts installed over the years, but this is the first one that affected my vehicle’s safety system.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Had an appointment for weeks. Get cancelled on and told I’d be a priority. When I called to reschedule they tried to reschedule with me a month later. Extreme audio installed the same thing in less than an hour for 100$ cheaper the same day. Never wasting money at Best Buy again.

    The appointment was not available until two months after the purchase by which winter was over. Also the tech did not do good job in reinstalling the parts she removed from the car. Still have loose covers in my car. Other than that there is no issue.
