Then it stopped working altogether. Best Buy now wants a fee to diagnose a product they insisted on installing while the product is still under the manufacturers warranty. Now if I had paid for the Geek Squad extended warranty they would be happy to help while the product is still under the manufacturers warranty? Bad business practice.
