    I LOVE Geek Squad and Total Tech Support. I renew these services yearly. The installation of the remote car starter was not as smooth as my past experiences. The appointment was changed several times for the tech’s convenience. First experience I’ve ever had like this.

    After purchasing a remote start for my vehicle along with additional parts the Best Buy website said I would need, I was informed by the “installation technician” that it probably wouldn’t work for my vehicle until I went to a ford dealership to have additional computer programming and other parts as necessary. Although it was nice to find out up front that a product that was verified compatible for my vehicle would not work and could cost anywhere up to an additional $500, the attitude from the installer was not needed. Seemed as though he had better places to be or better things to do. The starter was returned and I will go elsewhere.
