NJ Best Buy does not install auto starters, so I made the trip to Long Island. Well worth it! Unit works great & is well appreciated. Great job guys!! Thank you.

Love my remote start was quick they did a good job

This item was purchased to work with my new Viper smart car start. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it for your next purchase if you hate getting into a cold vehicle during the winters.

I appreciate that they were doing their best to get ahold of me to reschedule on the same day when the tech that was supposed to do the job didn't show up. The installation was within the time frame stated and I was shown how to use the starter. The person was very professional and also helped me with a small issue under the hood of my car.

Good quality installation services. Remote starter works great, no issues at all. While the quality of the installation is great, I wasn't always impressed with the organization of the installation department. There's usually no one assigned to book appointments or handle pick-ups and drop offs. If they could improve in that area, they would have a top-tier operation.

Travis and Chris at the Best Buy in Union City, California are excellent technicians. They have installed many different pieces of equipment in our vehicles (Stereos, AMPs, Remote Start Systems). They do an incredible job of making everything fit seamlessly. When the work is completed, they take the time to show you how to operate the things they have installed.

Remote start technicians were very friendly and did a great job. Handled everything professionally. Only thing we had to ask for them to show us how to use the remote rather than them offering. We thought that should be automatic. Once we asked, the technician took the time to make sure we knew exactly how to use it.

Just had this Viper car alarm installed and it works great ! Now my doors automatically lock when starting my vehicle. Didn’t have that before installing.

The geek squad did a great job installing the purchased remote start and did a great job on the installation. They advised me on all features and ask for my input to adjust some setting so they'd be set to my desired preferences.

The guys that installed my remote started were fantastic! They took the time to clearly explain the important information that pertained to my unit, the installation process and how to properly use the product. They kept my car clean and the installation was handled very well. They even offered to help me set up the optional app feature for me.

Dropped off my car. And the guy only had it for about 2 to 3 hours which was enough time for me and my girlfriend to go shopping at the mall across the street. And get something for lunch. The guy was super courteous and professional explained everything to me and the install job books absolutely flawless

This is a tricky, one… Installation was Timely; however, having a few issues. The remote starting is working well, but when I unlock my truck and open the door, my alarm goes off. Thought we had a workaround, but it is not working as expected. I have a an appointment scheduled to do some rework and tweaking. Hopefully this should resolve the alarm issue.

Done efficiently and professionally. I had originally ordered a different unit, but your associate said that they were having some issues with that model. He suggested the Compustar which was only slightly higher pricewise and had the same discount.

This employee is the kind of person best buy needs he was very knowledgeable, showed us how to use it and the work he did was like it was straight from the factory.
