This is a tricky, one… Installation was Timely; however, having a few issues. The remote starting is working well, but when I unlock my truck and open the door, my alarm goes off. Thought we had a workaround, but it is not working as expected. I have a an appointment scheduled to do some rework and tweaking. Hopefully this should resolve the alarm issue.

The process went seamlessly. And the wait time was minimal.

The installation of my remote car starter was done at the selinsgrove store and the crew was very professional, the installer was very nice. When he explained the functions he didn't talk down to me and was very thorough. I actually had two remote starters installed one on a Wednesday and the other was the following Saturday and both experiences couldn't have been better. Everything works great better than expected.

Great product. I got this for my Daughter's Honda as a Christmas gift. I took it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad installed this under two hours. My daughter loves it, especially with the cold weather that just set in!! Great range. She can start it easily from her bedroom!!

The guys in your install department are top notch in cool springs. Used to go to Nashville west and that experience punched me away. Went to cool springs and the installers made me a fan of Best Buy again. Mr T in install and anestashia in cell phones were absolutely wonderful to work with. I will be back to cools springs best but because of them for my electronic needs again.

If was a ruff start the 1st item would not work after trying for hours had to to order a different brand and reschedule to have it installed but all went will the 2nd time and it works grate.

Had a car alarm installed (not remote start). The tech was very nice and went the extra mile. (I forget what he did that initially he said he would not, but then did it anyway, but whatever it was, it was very nice of him to do so.) I have been using the alarm for almost 2 years now and no installation issue.

This item was purchased to work with my new Viper smart car start. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it for your next purchase if you hate getting into a cold vehicle during the winters.
