Remote start install

After she got it how, she didn’t realize it wasn’t installed correctly. Now we have to take back in to get installed correctly, I hope.

Pathetic...Frustrating experience

Missed a day of work for this . Moved my Appointment out 2 weeks without my approval. Frustrated store manager could not give me answers. Returned product, Customer service EXTREMLY RUDE and un professional. Lost my Business as well as my famil and freinds.

Worst ever, was NOT installed. Was NOT picked up.

The appointment was rescheduled because this person called off work. The day of the reschedule we had a bad snow storm and rescheduled to Sunday Feb 26 at 10 am. When we showed up for the installation the store was pickup only and when we called Geek Squad they said the store was closed. How do I get my money back? Awful, very frustrated.

I spoke to someone prior to my schedule and was told that a back up camera would be installed at them time of a radio installation installation for my daughter's car. When she dropped of her car the counter manager told her it wasn't include and that it would cost some $125 to do it. He laughed at her when she told he what the person on the phone had said. I called and ask them to at least plug in the cables in the back of the radio so that I could do the rest and they wouldn't do it. Never coming back here.

Do Not Purchase a Remote Start

There solution was to have me drive over an hour to another store to have it installed wait an hour and then drive an hour back home. Don't buy this product. On a good note they did refund me for the cost of the equipment. But now I have to pay someone else to install it even though I was supposed to get it for free because I am a Total Tech subscriber.

That almost a whole shift of work for people very disappointed in how long I had to wait

Disappointed in Best Buy

Then found out I had to reschedule due to work obligations. When I rescheduled the person screwed info on what was to be installed. I showed up for the appointment only to be told I was scheduled for an add on to the product that was to be installed first. Not to mention, it took 3 people to figure out how to schedule me in the first place. Then screw up on what was to be installed.

Stay away from auto installs from Geek Squad

Do not purchase anything from Geek Squad that is auto related. I have had FOUR appointments for 3 hours each for them to say they don’t know how to wire it. I still do not have it installed

Poor costumer service

Had me schedule for a two hour install complained it was going to take another hour longer I left not even ten mins after leaving technician decided he didn’t want to do the install told me to reschedule already had waited a mounth to get in to get the product installed . Schedulers me for an appointment at a different store in a different city two days from now. Did every thing in his powe to not do work because he felt it to be too hard ...

Cancelled appointment

They let me know they were going to be unable to do the install. Unsure if they lost a install tech or what exactly happened. They said my only option was to make another appointment possibly at another store. The next available appointment was about a month out. I made my original appointment 3 weeks after my purchase date. We ended up returning everything and we're able to schedule with a competitor and installed the next day

Works sometimes
