    I purchased a remote start Set an appointment to have it installed and two days later I was called to be told my appointment was canceled due to you not having a qualified technician to install the remote start. Was then told that you would not be able to install at all. I’m very sure that I will not be purchasing anything from your company ever again.

    The guys at the shop where nice an all but they broke the bottom panels of my daughter car and fail ta say anything about it like if we would never noticed very disappointed at that.

    When I ordered this best online said it That’s compatible for my car however during installation they said it was not

    I have many remote starter installed at BestBuy, but this is the worst experience I've been through. Installation was scheduled for about 4 hours, but took a whole day without communicating to me. At the end of the day, it was not done (one of the key was not programmed), and my back up camera is flickering and they said it's not their fault and refused to fixed it.

    Got towed for alarm going off over 20 minutes. Alarm goes off on its own so have to lock car without alarm.

    Install never went through. The sale dude lied about everything. The day of the install, the tech said I would have to spend more money for a crappier product to make it work The whole thing was a nightmare. Went to car toys. Much happier

    I have yet to get it done. I went to have the appointment fixed since it was scheduled when nobody was there to do it. Went in on Monday to get a rescheduled. It’s been 4 days no call or email. I’m pretty upset at this point and not going to do this through Best Buy. The customer rep, was kind and did a good job. Unfortunately, I was also wanting to get this done and it’s been a month and a half. That’s to long.

    had bought this remote start with the free installation about a month ago. a day before install day someone calls and tells me the installer is sick & will follow up with me within 3 days to reschedule a date. 2 weeks later i have not been contacted. now it says i have to pay geek squad 110 for installation since they believe i used it already. these people are useless

    I think they messed something up with my crankshaft position sensor circuit when installing, My car broke down and I had to tow it to a mechanic so he could fix it.

    Waited a month to get install drove from Manchester CT to Holyoke when arrived was told technician could not be able to install not qualified have to wait another month for install not happy with best buy at all

    The gentleman who was installing the car starter was nice. He told me by car would be done in 2 hours. 3 1/2 hours later it was finished. I had to wait an hour in a half. There is no waiting room. I had to sit on the floor out side of the installation area. I had multiple associates walk past me and not a single one offered a chair. It was not a very good experience. You figure you spend hundreds of dollars they would at least get you a chair.

    My installation date was changed,. I was trying to get this item installed while my son was home from school. The installation was changed for black Friday shoppers. That's unfair to me I'd already made this arrangement.

    Appointment cancelled when I picked up product!

    Installation was scheduled for 12/26. Product was available to be picked up last week 11/25. After picking up the product, it said that it was installed already when it was not and shows my 12/26 appointment as completed. Best Buy is terrible with online shopping. Pathetic. Now since installations are scheduled 3 weeks out, I likely won't be able to get another appointment until next year! So ANGRY!!!

    Took my husbands car to install a remote start.

    Had appt. to have it installed but the tech was not trained on this particular type of install because of the make of the car. It would have to be done off Broad St. or Glen Allen location. He was very apologetic and set me up with an appt. after Christmas. I was frustrated that I made the appt. arrived at the appt. and was then notified that no one was qualified to do the install. This shows a lack of communication between departments

    This Best Buy in Gilroy does not install remote starters, and called 1.5hrs before the time! However the customer service was great in trying to get a specialist there and called to arrange another appointment... They called to Cancel for personal matters, and I understood, no biggie... But I still have not been able to get this starter installed! Made another appointment in San Jose, I'm hoping it will finally get installed!
