    The service was not completed and saying this item could not be installed. I called and double checked and after being on hold for an hour stated that this would indeed would work. Got to the store and they could not installation this item on the vehicle that was stated it would work for. Horrible customer service. You have to wait on the phone for hours waiting for your call to be even answered.

    Well considering when I got there for my service I was supposed to be getting a install for a car starter instead they had me for a alarm system so of course there was a price difference when I got there which wasn’t what I asked for so I feel like that should have been taken care of on there end .

    took over 5 hours to do the install. when i looked in while they were doing the install they were watching the football game and when they saw me started working on it again. this was completely unacceptable. I used to do installs and a full alarm with remote start would take me 2 hours to do, not 5. wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

    I purchased a keyless starter with "free installation" I get to the Brandon store after the geek squad change my appointment 3 times and change the location and they charged me almost 200 for installation. I talk to a manager and nothing was done. He explained to me it's a glitch when it says free, it's not really free. I ask for a discount and that didn't happen either.

    The guy Who was supposed to install I got fired. I was never informed so I showed up for my appointment and I still don’t have my remote start in.

    Behind schedule with no notification

    This is honestly the first bad experience I've had with Best Buy. Upon our scheduled appointment for install, the Squad was 4 hours behind schedule, with no previous notification to us of their situation. Ending up spending an entire afternoon into evening at a shopping plaza with not much to do.

    The system is not working correctly I need it looked at when installation is open after COVID-19 lockout 8s over. -Joe

    I bought a remote starter in February They were not able to install in May as appointment was scheduled. It was never installed and unable to schedule an appointment Now, I am stuck with a remote starter that I paid for install not installed They say it is unreturnable but won’t install

    Epic fail Geek Squad on the installation. When I start my car the lights blink on and off continously.

    After getting the system installed, parts on my car stopped working. The windshield wipers, the a.c in the front of the car, the back brakes and one of the front headlights. I was stopped by the police 3 times worst experience ever

    Bought this kit for my wife's car was told it come with two additional key fob starters it doesn't. After about a week of having it on the first really cold morning when starting the car the rear defroster does not come on when I called to ask about it they said they would be additional charges to have rear defroster come on when remote starting the car was not told nothing about that at the time of purchase

    Store wouldn't install product

    Showed up to drop off the vehicle for the appointment. Customer Entrance to Installation area was locked. Called store and after 10 minute wait, was told someone would be there in a minute. Waited another 20 minutes, nobody showed up, store would not answer phone. Found an open door and Geek Squad employee told me to leave, stating that he didn't work for the store (he was sitting at his desk eating a subway sandwich).

    Booked me for insulation at the wrong location I was supposed to get the remote start put in my daughters car before Christmas for a present the sales man not geek squad booked me for the wrong location what he told me I was going now I must wait until after Christmas to get it to get the installation done at the creek store that was supposed to be done the first time I don’t blame gig squad the gentleman

    Make sure all parts are compatible by confirmation with not only bestbuy but the bay because I was told it worked them went to bay for long awaited install and told it would not work!! Terrible experience, guy in bay awesome guy inside store that rang me up alful charged me twice three times!!!!!

    Installation "Done" two weeks later remote start doesn't work doors won't lock/unlock. Called to bring the vehicle back for correcting no answer, had to go in store to make another appointment a week and a half later. Just received a call about rescheduling me again an no answer when I called can'teven leave a message. So.....pray for me

    Absolute worst service i have ever received...ever!!! Purchased and book installation 6 weeks in advance for Christmas present. Installation cancelled by Best Buy, never notified and item still not installed 3 months later. I have never experienced such poor service in my lifetime. Am likely to never purchase from Best Buy ever again.
