    Terrible service and no viable options given.

    We purchased the hardware to be installed in my vehicle and scheduled the install. We then were notified that the technician was no longer employed at Best Buy and the only option would be to travel 100 miles to have it installed. This was not an option so we ended up returning the hardware.

    I hated my service at the Avondale location in Arizona. The service tech did a horrible job. Did not explain nothing to my wife. He was a punk. If he doesn’t want to install alarms he should f go somewhere else.

    Worst attitude ever. The guy did my installation works at Best buy Newington, CT. In store, person to person and you can tell right away that his attitude was so bad. And then when he called me to tell me that the car is finished, hang up suddenly even though I was not finished. Terrible customer service

    Very disappointed service was not good at all.And equipment was put in correctly. Then i had to schedule another appointment to have it fixed right which doesn't make sense!

    Remote start system quit working after one week

    The remote start worked for one week and then started to have issues. The car will start and then shut off. Have to wait 2 months to get it looked at to fix it. Winter will almost be over, when i need it most, before i can get it fixed. If the problem can be fixed. We will see.

    The staff set up appointments that cannot be fulfilled. The manager I spoke with was rude. The remote starts I purchased were for my daughters Christmas gift. I had to return everything after finding out on 1/7/21 when we arrived for our installation that it could not be done and that they were booked out until March!

    Service was not completed. Supposedly the store did not have the staff to complete the services. Did not refund or make good for the service which was supposed to be included with the product.

    Showed up for first appointment and was told the installer did not know how to install. Second appointment was told it would take 2.5 hours to install, over 6 hours later the item still does not work correctly! I guess a third time may get it working?

    The technician kept my second fob key forever until now after services, please let him know I m looking for my 2nd key.Every time I called geek squad Dover DE they said Technician Matt is not there,but i need my Fob key.I got Rav4 Toyota 2019 and the key is expensive to make another one,so please let him know I'm looking for my key

    They canceled my appointment with little notice

    They canceled the appointment right before it was suppose to start. The reason being that the techs didn’t have the skill set to install it. The appointment had been booked weeks in advance, but they waited until I had already driven over an hour before canceling.

    Continuously told 24/7 but phone calls are disconnected stating "calling outside of operating hours." No one returns calls. Case numbers mean nothing.

    Purchased on deal of the day to include installation and harness, verified by corporate. Local Best Buy demanded additional charges for installation and would not honor the purchase made on line even when corporate verified it correct. Said not responsible for "website error"

    The customer service at Best Buy geek squad is the worst ever. Worst than third world countries. Gave me 2 months 2 install something in my vehicle. And never followed up and when asked, said you have to wait another 2 months. Didn’t want to give the money back for purchase and wanted to give store credit so u have no choice but to spend that money in their store.

    Service was NOT COMPLETED. I received no correspondence, I was expecting a call from the tech the day before appointment. Thought it was coming soon and apparently it was today and it's been charged as completed. I've been waiting for this appointment since December. I won't need the remote starter soon.

    Camera seem to work

    I've brought my vehicle back 6 times, camera & harness replaced, remote start replaced, module's updated and reprogrammed, then replaced. Remote start removed. .Still trouble shooting, And will have to go back several more times. With absolutely no compensation for my time and lose of business. Will talk to corporate and management when problems are rectfied

    I purchased the product and had to wait a month for the installation appointment. The day of the appointment I got a call saying they hadn't booked enough time. The next appointment date was another month away. I drove 70 miles round trip to get a refund for the product. Was not a good experience.

    Why was my scheduled appointment for December 4th saying that I was already serviced, when I actually wasn't? You guy's are lying. Why did I get an email today 11/20/21 saying that I was already serviced, when my actual auto installation is scheduled on December 4th 2021?

    My install was cancled days before getting my remote start installed and told they are not going to offer the service anymore. Will never give business to bestbuy again after this. Ruined a Christmas gift.

    Poor service all the way throughout

    The remote start only worked for a week. Tried to set up a service appointment to be told the store that installed it didn't have a installation dept. Then they couldn't find where they installed it in their computer system. Poor knowledge poor installation poor customer service department.
