No longer giving this any more of my time and energy. Was actually waiting for a response due to the first summary but you resend a review to fill out. Yeah, y’all suck. Quote me.

Install was a complete failure.

The Manufacture said it was compatible. Manufacture even offered to give Best Buy Geek Squad technical support. Best Buy refused to install. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED.

The started never worked after that and had to have onalaska remove in which my car was damaged :( spent money on the purchase beyond the purchase itself and was left with nothing

Incomplete install

Tech left it in my car and appointments have been canceled twice through my entire experience. Bought the unit almost 2 months ago and still cannot use it :(. A bit frustrating.

Collateral damage

The clock and date got messed up as well. I’ll have to call again, set a date and hopefully get these problems fixed.

I have been told that there is no one there to install my remote start 3 times now. I will be returning and canceling all future busy with best buy. ! Terrible services.

I was given the run around being transferred time and time again. I will never use Best Buy again for any of my needs. They lost me as a customer. I paid good money over the years but no more!

COVID over it

By the time it’s installed we will not need it. Thinking of returning and going elsewhere. Had an appointment for the 8th of January now I’m at feb 4th. Not happy. I understand the protocol but really a month out.

Tech was courteous

There was nothing the tech could do! This was in November & the parts are still riding in the backseat of my car!! I’m currently rescheduled for January!! We’ll see!

Techs need some communication lessons

The same loser, this time on a third installation appointment, after I arrived 10 minutes late, rudely told me to go to another store without proper explanation. These losers need to be fired!!!

Can’t get an appointment

(Check back mid January) dropped by the store January 14, unable to schedule because the technician was getting certified. Try again in a week or so....

Double check your install Larkin before you leave

After I received the car, I noticed that the bottom dash was missing a bunch of screws and not properly installed. Had to bring it back in for another appointment so he could fix his mistake.

Remote Vehicle Start

Can’t seem to keep techs employed long enough to actually install the remote start I purchased. The reason I bought it was because they said they would install it. Here I am almost 6 months later with a box in my closet and a cold truck.

Beyond annoyed

I didn’t buy a $600 remote start to hold on to for 10 or 11 weeks before install! It’s not my fault y’all couldn’t install it on the first appointment date! That’s on y’all! So figure it out and make time!

Service sucked

Doesn’t Work

Then it didn’t work most of the time. Nothing they could do because it works sometimes. Took it in again because I was irritated. They could maybe install a different one for $100. Even though they recommended the one I got anf it just didn’t work.
