    The technician NICK treated my wife so terrible that she called me crying. I could talk about the many different things that happened, However I am limited on words. Best Buy 78th & Dodge Street Omaha Nebraska. The Assistant Manager Alex also can`t remember what he said.

    Do not have or bought a Start remote I don’t know what else to tell you, but I did not buy no start remote or remote start whatever that was

    Installation is causing truck not to start and when I called them to schedule them to troubleshoot it couldn't get an appointment until mid February. Very disappointed!!!

    I was scheduled for install on Jan 4 and they cancelled on me 4 hours before the install after my wife had already taken the day off.Now wont be installed till Feb 22.

    My remote start was not installed properly it does not work.There was no demonstration done. Nor did the installers return my booklet of instructions for the remote start I purchased. Really disappointed I had to wait until February for this.

    Had an appointment for install, status was changed to complete before installing. So appointment was erased. Now it's not installed and being put off on a new installation date. And being sent way to Another location not anywhere near me.

    Always be ready to reschedule after two purchases (different years) again postponed after confirmation. Remote start returned ,bought locally installed same week

    I have yet to have my product installed they said that they would get in touch with me once it is available to the store and it has been two months no one has not even called to follow up with me about the product

    When this was scheduled last year, I had to wait until 1/22/21 to get it installed. Then the night before on 1/21/21 I was notified that it was canceled and rescheduled for 2/26/21. This is horrible that only 1 person can do the job.

    They installed my remote start wrong.

    Everytime i go to use the remote start option, the car goes into panic mode and is unable to be shut off manually. Doesn’t matter if you use the original viper fob, original key fob, or viper app. i’m pretty positive this is an installation issue.

    No technician available in all of New Orleans area

    Bought a remote start for my truck with free installation and made an appointment for install. Technician quit prior to appointment and per my local best buy there is not anyone near city who can install a remote start.... need to return all I bought

    Installer was less than thrilled to be at work, it was obvious. I was given no manual, no instructions from installer. Just handed my keys and a copy of someone else's sales ticket.

    This never happened. I went to the store to pickup my item only. The install is for a later date. I tried to get an earlier time but you guys refused. Besides you don't install on Sunday.

    Purchased remote start. Waited 4 weeks for installation appointment. Found out the day before, by me ACTUALLY going to store that appointment was cancelled. Next available appointment was another 4 weeks. To date, has not been installed.

    You cancelled my install for Dec 5 due to a tech called out sick ! The next available install date is Jan 18,2023?!!! So I have nothing good to say

    Nothing but problems with the service department. Completely unprofessional technicians at the Salinas location. Save yourself and go to another location.
