    Did not get it the service, was lies, did charge me for a service that I did not use. The installer had the attitude as if he really did not want to do the install, & did not do the install.

    I'm not happy everything I got Says that I purchased installation Mary seiches one price but my bank account shows double was pulled out I have called and ask for help with the situation no one seems to care

    Bestbuy steals your install fees then ignores you.

    No installer. Waiting to reschedule Bestbuy just marked it as installed. Now I cannot get anyone to change the status. This was never installed. BESTBUY has Stolen install fees.

    Your technician from Best Buy said can not install to 2022 rav4 xse hybrid. I have to cancel my order and have refund money to my account

    Geek Squad doesn't exist in Victoria, Texas.

    Victoria, Texas does not have a geek squad to install this product, so my son hasn't been able to enjoy it until we can get to Corpus Christi for installation. Truly don't like the inconvenience.

    Had to return due to no teck available for insulation. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment and they did not even call to let me know. Took off a morning of work and showed up only to be told they had no idea when a teck would be found.

    It stopped working

    About a month after installation is stopped working. And it's hard for me to schedule appointments to get over their with my operational commintments. So as of right now I am not very happy with this remote starter.

    Don’t use bestbuy of Arlington tx for any service.

    My vehicle is no longer working right at all. My keys no longer lock or unlock the doors but if I use the remote start fob I can lock the doors only. Worst service I ever had.

    Bought for christmas present. Trouble with installer being available. Managers (3) no help. Returned product for refund and went elsewhere. Installed by car n go withing 2 weeks for small amount more.

    Didn't even purchase this one. Installer took it upon himself ti return my product and repurchase a different name brand which was cheaper and did a horrible install. Had nothing but problemswith my car afterwards! Blown fuses.

    I waited 3 week for my remote star then i take time off and work to go to the appointment for the installation and they send the wrong a alarm system

    I bought this in September 2020 but geek squad is behind so I get date in December 2020 still not installed when you make purchases they don't tall you so be careful when you buy.

    Alarm system wasn’t installed properly. Panic button doesn’t work, alarm doesn’t go off if doors are opened while armed.

    after only a few weeks it stopped working. Not my car starter just flashes my parking lights and makes my radio blink like a strobe light
