Bestbuy steals your install fees then ignores you.

Geek Squad doesn't exist in Victoria, Texas.

Disappointed

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment and they did not even call to let me know. Took off a morning of work and showed up only to be told they had no idea when a teck would be found.

It stopped working

And it's hard for me to schedule appointments to get over their with my operational commintments. So as of right now I am not very happy with this remote starter.

Told it would take 3 to 6 months to install

Managers (3) no help. Returned product for refund and went elsewhere. Installed by car n go withing 2 weeks for small amount more.

Horrible

Installer took it upon himself ti return my product and repurchase a different name brand which was cheaper and did a horrible install. Had nothing but problemswith my car afterwards! Blown fuses.
