Best Buy, in Burlington NC, installed this remote car starter quickly and flawlessly.

Installation of vehicle cameras was installed in a timely manner. Cameras are placed in correct locations, obtaining optimal viewing angles front and rear. All wires and hardware are hidden. Install was done in two of my vehicles at Best Buy. I highly recommend the Eau Claire store auto GeekSquad.

Done efficiently and professionally. I had originally ordered a different unit, but your associate said that they were having some issues with that model. He suggested the Compustar which was only slightly higher pricewise and had the same discount.

Love my remote start was quick they did a good job

I got done Compustar 2 way auto starter installation for 2022 Toyota Rav4 (just installation) . They did a really good job. Plus, they give a lifetime warranty on installation.. just keep the yellow paper safe. So it's easy to claim warranty.

Remote start technicians were very friendly and did a great job. Handled everything professionally. Only thing we had to ask for them to show us how to use the remote rather than them offering. We thought that should be automatic. Once we asked, the technician took the time to make sure we knew exactly how to use it.

I bought the remote starter black Friday sale at bestbuy & had it installed at bestbuy. The original install was late when I picked it up & I didn't take time to download app for it. Installer told me if I had any problems to bring it by & he would do it for me. I wasn't sure how to pair it so I took it back & a different installer was there. He worked on it & found out a piece wasn't attached so he got it installed. The app would start my truck, but would give an error that it didn't connect (while it was running). Installer said it was working because it was running. On Monday morning I was excited to remote start my truck & it be warm when I got in... that didn't happen... truck wasn't running when I went out. Tuesday morning I went in garage so I could hear it start. Came in house & it wasn't running when I went out about 5 minutes later. Made another appt to have it checked... it was warm & it started up & ran for 7 minutes, but it should have run 15 minutes. Installer finally got it to run 15 minutes 2 times in a row. Next time I tried to start it when it was cold it only ran 20 seconds, 40 seconds, 25 seconds so I made another appt. I had taken a video of it while I did the remote to time it & show installer. This time he was able to track down the problem & fix it. It has started & ran every time since! It took some patience, but now that it is working the way it should I love it!!! Thanks

My Geek Squad installation was scheduled for 10 am but the store doesn’t open until 11 am.??? The installer scolded me for not having all the components in the car. I was never told to pick them up from the store ahead of time. Other than this awkward start the installation was done in under 2 hours and very well done. Very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent experience thanks to your infamous Geek Squad. Levittown employee Connor answered all my questions before the installer worked on my car efficiently & in only a short amount of time. NJ Best Buy does not install auto starters, so I made the trip to Long Island. Well worth it! Unit works great & is well appreciated. Great job guys!! Thank you.

Easy to set up the appointment, got in right on time, install was done quicker than time allotted and everything works great. Very knowledgeable technician.

Dropped off my car. And the guy only had it for about 2 to 3 hours which was enough time for me and my girlfriend to go shopping at the mall across the street. And get something for lunch. The guy was super courteous and professional explained everything to me and the install job books absolutely flawless

Good quality installation services. Remote starter works great, no issues at all. While the quality of the installation is great, I wasn't always impressed with the organization of the installation department. There's usually no one assigned to book appointments or handle pick-ups and drop offs. If they could improve in that area, they would have a top-tier operation.

Travis and Chris at the Best Buy in Union City, California are excellent technicians. They have installed many different pieces of equipment in our vehicles (Stereos, AMPs, Remote Start Systems). They do an incredible job of making everything fit seamlessly. When the work is completed, they take the time to show you how to operate the things they have installed.

They did a great job installing everything while keeping posted of install time remaining. They showed how to use it and keep it running in cold weather.

The technician I had was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and finished in a timely manner. I can’t realy see the entire remote starter set up because there is a piece of trim blocking part of the module but it seemes to be installed nicely it is zip tiptied and taped nicely. Wish I remember the techs name. Very please to talk to we had a nice conversation after he was done installing it.

The guys that installed my remote started were fantastic! They took the time to clearly explain the important information that pertained to my unit, the installation process and how to properly use the product. They kept my car clean and the installation was handled very well. They even offered to help me set up the optional app feature for me.
