    The installation is schedule for this coming Saturday - and they have it as completed - no wonder no one has called me to confirm the appointment.... NOT GOOD!!!!

    Purchased 12-20-19 still awaiting installation

    I purchased on 12-20-19. Called immediately and wont get installed until February 28th. 2 full mo ths after purchase and at the end of winter. This reminded me of why I dont shop here.

    Still waiting I have gone to store and they won’t schedule me or anything saying they are short staffed horrible this was supposed to be installed for the holidays

    Hello, I just picked up my remote starter accessories.. you had included the installation at the time and say it was completed.. it is scheduled for next week.. nothing was completed

    Customer need to run around to find out who is resposible for the appointment. Then get the answer they dont know how to install it and can appoint you to another store in half month.

    I was quoted 1.5-2 hours for this installation. It took over 3hrs. And when I inquired about why it was taking so long the installer was not very professional.

    Kyle at Mishawaka BestBuy was suppose to reschedule me for another day but instead marked me down for installation being completed so I am going to return this.

    The Bestbuy technician at the store in Cary NC didn't know how to install the product and he didn't follow up or gave a solution. Very poor customer service

    I missed the installation appointment on thanksgiving weekend 2020, next appointment got is on 26 Jan 2021. Still could not get the equipment installed.

    Didn’t work when installation was complete

    Installation took several more hours than advertised and technician could not get it to work reliably when turning the car back over to us. Maybe works 20% of the time.

    I didn’t even get to schedule an appointment or anything and already said my services was complete! I just picked up the items and they didn’t let me schedule!
