I’ve had the geek squad, install several stereos and alarms/ starters. I’ve never had any issues and if I had a question, all I had to do is call or stop by and they would answer them.

The remote start I bought from Best buy is great I've had no problem with it whatsoever I recommend it to anyone it's great in the winter time

The Best Buy geek squad and installation team has been great to work with and has done good jobs and they’re gonna be installing some dash cams in my vehicles this week. Can’t complain about the team in Casper. They’ve been great.

It took much longer to install than what was told to me, then my truck ran horribly on my drive home. After finding a ride to work the next day, then another trip back it was quickly fixed and he made it right with a gift card. Honest mistake.

Excellent work by Edwin. My original appt was cancelled due to a worker not showing up and after getting a new date ( 6 weeks later) Edwin was able to get me just a week later. Did a great job at explaining the installation and its features.
