Travis and Chris at the Best Buy in Union City, California are excellent technicians. They have installed many different pieces of equipment in our vehicles (Stereos, AMPs, Remote Start Systems). They do an incredible job of making everything fit seamlessly. When the work is completed, they take the time to show you how to operate the things they have installed.

Had a great experience with an installation of a Compustar remote start for our 2020 Kia Telluride. Chuck took his time to explain everything to me and my wife. No complaints, only praise!

I got done Compustar 2 way auto starter installation for 2022 Toyota Rav4 (just installation) . They did a really good job. Plus, they give a lifetime warranty on installation.. just keep the yellow paper safe. So it's easy to claim warranty.

The guys that installed my remote started were fantastic! They took the time to clearly explain the important information that pertained to my unit, the installation process and how to properly use the product. They kept my car clean and the installation was handled very well. They even offered to help me set up the optional app feature for me.

Dropped off my car. And the guy only had it for about 2 to 3 hours which was enough time for me and my girlfriend to go shopping at the mall across the street. And get something for lunch. The guy was super courteous and professional explained everything to me and the install job books absolutely flawless

The service started with a little hiccup from the web site but was soon resolved. After the install began it was smooth sailing from there. The product works very well and the install very professional and secure. You wouldn't even known that the dash was opened up. Great job again by the installation crew especially Crispin Hernandez!

got a remote start installed on our vehicle. The employee told us we would have to setup an appointment, but found out we did not live close so he ended up installing it for us during his breaks. This employee is the kind of person best buy needs he was very knowledgeable, showed us how to use it and the work he did was like it was straight from the factory.

The Geek Squad was ready to begin installation of my remote start system when I showed up to keep my appointment. One of the installers estimated a wait of 2-2 1/2 hours; but the head "Geek" did the installation and had it done in just over an hour--took me out in the parking lot and explained the functions of the fobs--and left me feeling like a valued customer.
