I had a remote start system installed in my car and I love it. The associate was very knowledgable about everything and provided great service.

Recently purchased a remote start for my car, and had Geek Squad install all parts and components. My service tech did a GREAT job on the install, explained everything he did, showed me where everything was installed, and everything was on-time. I don't remember his name, but this guy is superb. I wouldn't hesitate an instant to have Geek Squad at my Best Buy perform service work for me again!

The best purchase I brought in 2023. I love the fact that I do NOT have to get in a cold car anymore. This Autostart is a very good investment!! I love the fact of the safety features… and it cuts off if you do NOT get in the car after a long period of time. I definitely recommend purchasing if you need auto start for your car. The alarm chirps to let you know the car has been started. It also has very good range and distance to start the car. I was inside my building on the second floor and started the car. The key fob alerted me that from that distance the car was started!!

My remote start package was installed without issue, and works very well. It allows me to start my car before I get into it in preparation for very cold or very hot days.

Agents were able to install the remove start in my girlfriend's Yukon without any problem. We have been completely happy with it and the service provided.

Bought a remote starter for my daughter for Christmas. The professionals at Geek Squad were fast, efficient, and courteous. They said it would take about 4-5 hours. They finished the installation in under 4 hours. They also showed my daughter how to use it and answered all her questions. We were very happy with their service! When you pay the extra money $$$ to have it installed by the Best Buy Geek Squad, it will be well worth it :) The installer that put my starter in was the best I have ever seen. I actually had to stay while he installed it & was very impressed with his speed, knowledge reading the diagrams & how professional he was in answering any questions I had for him. GREAT, GREAT JOB!!!!!!!
