Recently purchased a remote start for my car, and had Geek Squad install all parts and components. My service tech did a GREAT job on the install, explained everything he did, showed me where everything was installed, and everything was on-time. I don't remember his name, but this guy is superb. I wouldn't hesitate an instant to have Geek Squad at my Best Buy perform service work for me again!

Avon Indiana’s Best Buy’s tech, Cameron, did a great job installing our remote start on our car! Clean installation and he was very clear instructing an old man on using the remote! My wife is happy and and is wanting a new stereo. I will request Cameron for the installation. Nice to see some young people with a good work ethic these days!

Great product, working like a charm thanks to the kind n nice young auto tech guys at the Burlington location. He did a wonderful job installing the remote starter. After dealing with the missing part in revere and appointment being reschedule. Thanks to the auto tech n his manager. He able to installed my remote without the extra charge for the missing part. Merciful I brought this 2 years ago not knowing I purchased the installation.. Lord this has been a true game changer , starting the car from in the house what a WIN.. He took around 2 hours explained how it works and I’m super happy!

Geek Squad helped install my remote starter. I had to reschedule but that was no issue. They were very honest and professional. They not only did the job and communicated along the way, they helped with other things in my car without me even asking! Highly recommend!

Easy to set up the appointment, got in right on time, install was done quicker than time allotted and everything works great. Very knowledgeable technician.

The installation went well and was professionally done. I gave it a 4 star because my original appointment was for Saturday. I dropped of my car at the scheduled time and got call late in the evening that i cannot get my installation done till Wednesday. The installation was done Tuesday but I I had to go 3 days without my car

after we FINALLY were able to purchase the correct item, BILL was the tech who did the install... FAST and EFFICIENT... and then he took the time to make certain I understood how to use it!

They did a great job installing everything while keeping posted of install time remaining. They showed how to use it and keep it running in cold weather.

The guy did an awesome job installing my remote start system. He communicated very well during the process, and was very thorough when showing me how the system works with other tips and tricks for it. Cannot recommend them enough.

Bought a remote starter for my daughter for Christmas. The professionals at Geek Squad were fast, efficient, and courteous. They said it would take about 4-5 hours. They finished the installation in under 4 hours. They also showed my daughter how to use it and answered all her questions. We were very happy with their service! Would recommend their services to everyone!

When you pay the extra money $$$ to have it installed by the Best Buy Geek Squad, it will be well worth it :) The installer that put my starter in was the best I have ever seen. I actually had to stay while he installed it & was very impressed with his speed, knowledge reading the diagrams & how professional he was in answering any questions I had for him. GREAT, GREAT JOB!!!!!!!
