Great service installer was knowledgeable and courteous it only took 2 hours in the area I could shop and have something to eat time went by quickly. I’ve already recommended to several friends and family

They were quick and professional. They said it would be about 2 to 3 hours but I was out of there within 90 min.

The agents in the auto install dept. at the Christiana Mall in Delaware are awesome. Removed my high end remote starter from a car that I was trading and then reinstalled on my new vehicle. The harness worked perfectly and the reinstalled remote works perfectly.

The bay was empty waiting for me at my appointment time. Was told 3-3 1/2 hours. Checked back under 3 and the tech was getting ready to call me.Job complete. He gave me a short tutorial and demo. I am now a proud satisfied owner of the Viper remote start system. It will not be my last. Future vehicles will be getting fitted for it. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Disappointed of the car alarm because it is not compatible to my car although I checked before I purchased from the Best Buy. Troy - technician who install car electronic is very professional. He contacted me 2 days before the installation date to tell me the car alarm would not work in my car. Then I would not waste a day while he cannot do anything. Awesome service.

Very impressive. The specialist finished the remote starter installation in about 30 minutes. George also explained me everything I had to know about the device, including the errors may occur. Very happy with the quality of it and a great installation.

The technician was polite and prompt. After talking for a bit, he even remembered installing the same product on my last car about 7 or 8 years ago.

The Gentleman That Put The Starter in Was The Best. Really Took is Time Explaining Everything to us. He is Very Good and Would Have Him Do More Stuff For us. Best Buy u Have a Good Guy Working For u so u Better Not Lose Him. PS: We Didn't Know Him Till we Got The Starter Put in.

My installer Russell had one heck of a time getting my Reamote Car Starter to work properly. He kept at it and wasn't going to give up. He was able to determine the issue and completed the installion in a more than professional matter! I will definately request him for future installations.

It appears Geek Squad installed my wifes remote car starter as it should be! I haven't heard any complaints about it from my wife!
