So other then the ammount of time I had to wait for the tech to finish I wanna say about 4 hours... Everything was perfect the car starts whats more their to ask lol. I did want the remote to be Lock Unlock Lock but sadly that wasn't changed but I'm still happy about my purchase.

Remote start completed In estimated time and tech demonstrated how to use. Have only used once so far because mainly used in cold weather. Only negative was that because of Covid, had to walk all the way around building to go into store instead of being able to get through door by install counter.

The Technician installed my remote start with car to me and my car and made sure I was able to work the remote control before I left. Great job guys

Made an appointment at a scheduled time. Showed up a few minutes early, dropped off my vehicle no problem. Installation process was made simple with the professional workers there. They notified me when the installation was complete over the phone. Informed me on the basics of how to use the product once installed. Very professional service.

Installing Viper Smart Start in my car was a great thing to do. Bought the parts at best buy on sale. Installation was free since I had total tech support

Geek Squad technician set the installation would take about 2 hours, it was completed in less than one hour. I couldn't figure out how to sync the phone app and remote , went back the next day and they came out right away to help me fix the problem. I would recommend Geek Squad installation team to friends and family.

James did such a good job with the install, I know I'd be freezing already without his expertise. Being new to the area, he definitely helped me understand the do's and dont's of the remote car starter.

Everything is working so the installation is excellent.

So the actual installer was awesome, informed and helpful. The only reason it is lacking a star is the lack of information and misguided efforts from the call center that set the appointment. Excellent job from the people at the store.

Great remoter, when I plan to leave, I can start the engine to heat the car in the building, and when I walk to the parking lot. the car becomes warm. very useful. Geek has a wonderful service.

Geek squad guys are awesome!!..total pro installation of viper remote start..Installation took about an hour longer than anticipated but not geek squads fault..Viper had changed the wiring on their product and not told anyone..took a few phone calls but geek squad stuck with it and nailed it!!..great good!!
