Great product on sale that included installation. Scheduling was delayed, but installer was professional and did great work when the appointment day arrived.

Was my son that put it in. And it all worked out well. I'm just disappointed that ABC Chanel 6 doesn't like to do the news it goes into shingles distortion. All other channels work well.

My remote start has been a blessing since the colder days have set in. I also use it when i have a lot of packages.

Install went perfect and have had no issues with the remote start. I have also had a stereo and a remote start installed in my wifes car. Each time I did it when it was a free install so for the price I can't beat it but the quality of the install was great also.

The employee's at the Best Buy auto place are the best! They installed a older remote starter into my 2002 car. They figured it out and it works perfectly. They are the best! Trust them with a lot of my audio needs in my vehicle also!!! You cant' go wrong with them!!!

Technician installed remote start with security add-on, but had issues getting the security add-on working. They scheduled me to return a few weeks later to troubleshoot then after I dropped off the second time, and within 30 minutes he called and wanted to reschedule a third time because tech support isn’t available on Sundays (he’s the one who scheduled for Sunday). I asked him to please try troubleshoot the issue and suggested he re-flash the unit. He agreed and sure enough he was able to get it working. In the end, it all worked out, but processed was not as seamless as it should have been.

Agent put a remote starter in my daughter car for Christmas, very happy with the job the agent did.

My car work was done on time and correctly. The vehicle wasn't damaged or dirty in the process. The service team was polite and communicated well. I worked there while I was waiting for my appointment to wrap up. I was able to use their Wifi. Happy customer.

They installed my remote start, much faster than expected. They even set my timer a few minutes longer for me. Very nice and friendly. This isn't my 1st time using their services. There has never been an issue or negative experience.

Best Buy did a wonderful job installing this system. The car was very clean and put back together. More importantly, it works wonderfully.

best buy put it in reasonable fast the only problem i had with the installment is where they put the antenna wire later there was a crack in the windshield which you know best buy want own up to it so now i'am out of another $250 dollar to replace my windshield this is the first time I had them to install something i will go back to give them another chance

Remote start installation. They were running a little behind when we arrived but after traveling an hour as our much closer location did not have any installers we were ok with it. They did the install quickly and provided instructions. Both techs were very friendly.
