auto installer Jesse has been my go to guy since 1999, when I purchase my 1st Viper remote. When I purchased a new truck in 2018, Jesse installed another Viper remote security system. Jesse is a master technician,and should be treated accordingly!!!!!! Cassandra V.

They installed my remote start, much faster than expected. They even set my timer a few minutes longer for me. Very nice and friendly. This isn't my 1st time using their services. There has never been an issue or negative experience.

First of all, I do not leave reviews. I am only sharing this experience with the hope that if I do share my experience, I can save others the frustration and disappointment to be had at Best Buy. My experience was horrible! I had previously bought a car stereo at the Fort Smith store and had it installed. I should have never gone back to give the store any more business because the installer IS NOT COMPETENT to be installing any car audio or any type of remote start. This was the second time I made a mistake in trusting Best Buy in Fort Smith to have equipment installed. I purchased a remote start system for a 2005 Mustang GT and looked forward to having it installed. I paid cash for the equipment and waited for seven days for the installer to call and set up an appointment for the installation. I NEVER got any call. After trying to contact the store through the Best Buy customer service number multiple times, I was told that customers are not allowed to speak to the store directly and are only allowed to speak to the customer service agents at the 1-800 number. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I decided to go to the store in person and find out why I had not had an install date set yet. The installer said my install would be very difficult, would take all day and that I should take it to another store location. I found this funny since the website says the install time is 2-3 hours total. I quickly learned he picks and chooses what he wants to install for the customers. After speaking with the assistant store manager, Maliki, I received ugly looks and a poor attitude that easily let me know they did not care if I was happy or not. I asked for a refund on everything I had purchased and let the manager know that he had issues he needs to address in the automative install department; He did not seem to care and acted as if I could not leave the store quickly enough. After three weeks, I finally received 95% of my money back in a check from Citibank (I lost part of the taxes on the products). PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT TRUST BEST BUY IN FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS TO INSTALL ANYTHING ON YOUR VEHICLE. I have since decided to never do any business with Best Buy again and I now let everyone know how I was treated.

Was my son that put it in. And it all worked out well. I'm just disappointed that ABC Chanel 6 doesn't like to do the news it goes into shingles distortion. All other channels work well.

My review is I don’t have a review because the installer quit his job at Best Buy so I never got the remote start installed which I was disappointed because I had waited more then 30 days and then the day before the install they called and canceled my appointment

Love the straight answer from technician that he will not install this on RAV4 Hybrid. He was quite confident on the stance.

Installed in 1 hour. No need to wait , just take an appointment before you go

I purchased this remote starter for my wife Kia Sorento as a Christmas present. It works very well and she is extremely happy.

This is one of my best decision i have ever made. I am not very good in cold tolerance and this remote has been keeping me warm while driving between home and work. Thank you Best Buy.

Installing Viper Smart Start in my car was a great thing to do. Bought the parts at best buy on sale. Installation was free since I had total tech support

Installed in the wife's Mazda CX-5. The staff could not have been more helpful. Very quick install, very professional. Good instructions on use when fine. My only concern is she was told there was no app for the devise. I had the app downloaded and working in 20 minutes. Other then, could not be happier

Excellent remote start installation in my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. Geek Squad Leo of Best Buy Wheaton Maryland did a superb job. Leo kept me updated as to the progress of installation the entire time. Leo's customer service skills and product knowledge are outstanding! He's totally an asset to Best Buy!

Great installation with quick service. The installers at Best buy are the best. They leave your car looking nice and clean, like it wasn't taken apart. They're very clear about the instructions and the warranty is for life.

The installer was awesome. He was very nice, went over everything with us and made sure we knew how to work our remote start. The only disappointment was not having the location in Lancaster OH open to install. Had to go to Reynoldsburg for service.

The service tech that installed the harness with the starter was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and very professional. I would recommend him on any kind of car install that’s needed. Alarm, stereo, speakers, or anything else.

It appears Geek Squad installed my wifes remote car starter as it should be! I haven't heard any complaints about it from my wife!

Great product on sale that included installation. Scheduling was delayed, but installer was professional and did great work when the appointment day arrived.
