Disappointed of the car alarm because it is not compatible to my car although I checked before I purchased from the Best Buy. Troy - technician who install car electronic is very professional. He contacted me 2 days before the installation date to tell me the car alarm would not work in my car. Then I would not waste a day while he cannot do anything. Awesome service.

This is absolutely one of the best thing I've ever added on a vehicle, makes my life so much easier when trying to leave the house with 3 kids, saves me the time and effort of having to get dressed to go outside and start the car every morning and nothing beats getting into a nice warm vehicle in the middle of winter.

auto installer Jesse has been my go to guy since 1999, when I purchase my 1st Viper remote. When I purchased a new truck in 2018, Jesse installed another Viper remote security system. Jesse is a master technician,and should be treated accordingly!!!!!! Cassandra V.

This is the 3rd time Geek Squad has installed something for me. I dropped of the car 10 mins early and they actually had it done 30 mins before it was scheduled to be. Upon pickup they showed me how to use it and they even offered to reprogram my original fob for me so that would work as well

Great installation with quick service. The installers at Best buy are the best. They leave your car looking nice and clean, like it wasn't taken apart. They're very clear about the instructions and the warranty is for life.

The service tech that installed the harness with the starter was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and very professional. I would recommend him on any kind of car install that’s needed. Alarm, stereo, speakers, or anything else.

The installer was awesome. He was very nice, went over everything with us and made sure we knew how to work our remote start. The only disappointment was not having the location in Lancaster OH open to install. Had to go to Reynoldsburg for service.

Installed in the wife's Mazda CX-5. The staff could not have been more helpful. Very quick install, very professional. Good instructions on use when fine. My only concern is she was told there was no app for the devise. I had the app downloaded and working in 20 minutes. Other then, could not be happier

Excellent remote start installation in my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. Geek Squad Leo of Best Buy Wheaton Maryland did a superb job. Leo kept me updated as to the progress of installation the entire time. Leo's customer service skills and product knowledge are outstanding! He's totally an asset to Best Buy!

Best Buy did a wonderful job installing this system. The car was very clean and put back together. More importantly, it works wonderfully.

The tech did a great job installing remote start vechical was ready when o time and the tech explained what he had to do and how long it would take to do it the tech was friendly and very knowledgeable he did a great job

Great service! Installed within the allotted time given. Works perfectly! I would recommend this to anyone, especially in this Texas heat!

The installation went well or so I thought. After getting home my vehicle alarm kept going off for no apparent reason, woke up to a drained battery and a busted seat lever (that I didn't notice when I left the store). I took it back and they redid the wire length and bought a new aftermarket seat lever which I'm still mad about. They should have replaced it with OEM like the way it was before they broke it. The ball tilt switch broke because the harness wire got caught on the gas peddle. I still like the convenience of it all though. You can't win 'em all. I would still trust them again. At least they've stuck by their products and service so that's a plus.

Installation was completed faster than expected. The gentleman who worked on my car truly knew what he was doing. Very impressed!
