The installation went well or so I thought. After getting home my vehicle alarm kept going off for no apparent reason, woke up to a drained battery and a busted seat lever (that I didn't notice when I left the store). I took it back and they redid the wire length and bought a new aftermarket seat lever which I'm still mad about. They should have replaced it with OEM like the way it was before they broke it. The ball tilt switch broke because the harness wire got caught on the gas peddle. I still like the convenience of it all though. You can't win 'em all. I would still trust them again. At least they've stuck by their products and service so that's a plus.

I highly recommend this device is working very well And their technical team they are giving excellent service in short time

They were quick and professional. They said it would be about 2 to 3 hours but I was out of there within 90 min.

The tech did a great job installing remote start vechical was ready when o time and the tech explained what he had to do and how long it would take to do it the tech was friendly and very knowledgeable he did a great job

Jason installed alarm system and fix door to work with alarm system works perfect this Gentleman is perfection Plus and he takes the time to explain things I'm going to be going back and having to put new speakers in my car I already got a new stereo I believe he put it in a while back like a year or two ago or more anyways I can't say enough good about this young man he is the most nicest guy I've ever ran into that is busy installing stuff all day long please acknowledge this gentleman for a fine professional work that he does for customers I very much appreciate it and I hope you can get a raise I know that's not my business but I'm just saying he is so wonderful I'd hate to see you lose a good guy that provides 100% Plus customer service

Disappointed of the car alarm because it is not compatible to my car although I checked before I purchased from the Best Buy. Troy - technician who install car electronic is very professional. He contacted me 2 days before the installation date to tell me the car alarm would not work in my car. Then I would not waste a day while he cannot do anything. Awesome service.

Drove over to Springfield because Bend does not have install services anymore. Installer was there on time and did the install quickly and professionally. Very helpful person

I originally scheduled my install in the Rockville store since they had the sooner opening. I was sick the morning of the install so I had to cancel the appointment, but was able to schedule at a store much closer to my home in Fair Lakes. Luke, from the Rockville store made sure I had everything lined up for the appointment at Fair Lakes and even offered to help get the cable needed for install to us since it was not originally shipped to us with the Remote Starter. I was so impressed by his initiative to go above and beyond to help. Though I was relieved to be able to stay closer to home for the install, the technician at the Fair LAkes store was horribly rude! His first statement to me was "was that all you brought? You are missing a piece" because I brought in what was shipped to us when we ordered the part at the Fair Lakes store. It was not my fault that the part needed was not also shipped! When I told him I had called the day before to ensure that part was here, he responded "give me your keys" in a rude tone. He gave no instructions as to where to wait, when to return, how to work the heater in the cold waiting room. The bathroom door had an out of order sign on it but at some point an employee came in to use it. I asked if the door to the store was always locked and he said yes. I told him it was very cold in here so he kindly set the door so I could go into the showroom to stay warm. I got back into the waiting room just in time for him to be done. He gave me quick 10 sec how to work it and gave me back my keys. I hope I never treat my patients in my job the way he treated me.

The installation went smooth and the tech explained to me every aspect of how to use my new remote starter, how to download the app, and answered all my questions. My car was completed a head of schedule. I am very happy with the service!

The install experience was smooth and the installer did a great job, everything works perfectly fine and I'm yet to see any wires involved in the install, and there were a lot of wires on the box before I left the car at the service bay...

Overall Ricardo went up and beyond to fix the mistakes of George. Ricardo got me the correct viper system for my vehicle and was able to make the appointment for me. The installation process was smooth and he answered all my questions.
