Best Buy did a wonderful job installing this system. The car was very clean and put back together. More importantly, it works wonderfully.

My remote start has been a blessing since the colder days have set in. I also use it when i have a lot of packages.

Had the geek squad install the remote start in my wife's car. We set the install appointment and they told us it would be done by a certain time and it was. Haven't had any issue with the product or the labor. Wish I would have used them for the remote start I had put in her previous car.

I had the remote starter put in at Lee Summit, MO store. Everything went so smoothly. Exactly on time, no waiting for my appointment and then demonstrated to me on how to use the starter. I’ve now had the starter for about 3 weeks and it works well with no complications to my vehicle.

Went in for my scheduled appointment, checked in and left the car. Less than 2 hour later, technician called and said the car is ready. The technician was very professional and helpful. Explained how the system worked and I am out in a jiffy!!

I recently had a viper remote start with an upgraded fob installed in my wife's yukon. The installers name was Shawn and he was awesome. He walked me through the process step by step and was really a knowledgeable guy. Very pleased.

They intalled the remote start sooner than expected which was good but they certainly didnt have good customer serice. As of the remote start there has been no issues notice yet.

Review for the installation for the remote car started on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe: It went well, I had to wait for some time after getting there to pick up my car. Never had issues after the installation.

The tech was super friendly. Explained to me the differences in car starters in detail. Offered to install same day because a bunch of appointments canceled last minute. It was all installed in a little more than a hour and he walked me through how to use.

Best Buy geek squad did a great and quick job of installing a viper remote start on my 2021 Toyota Tundra. This is the third remote start BB has installed on my vehicles. I’ll always trust the product and job the geek squad does

The service we were told would take 2-3 hours took over 5 hours. It turned out to be an issue with the computer on the vehicle they had never seen before so I don't blame them for that, things happen. What I do find issue with is the lack of communication about the issues. We could have driven home and waited there instead of going all over trying to kill time. And we had to stand in line outside the store to wait to to get in to find out what was going on. And the first time we asked we were treated like an inconvenience. The installation seems to be working well and no issues but the communication is definitely lacking.
