My car was in and out of the service bay with time to spare. I am now a fan of Geek Squad going forward...The service as well as the product was so satisfactory that I plan to return to Best Buy once again, for a third remote start installation. Great job all around!

Its ok. I like the long range on the auto starter. I just dont like that the car cuts off when you open the door to start your trip

The car alarm and remote start work great! The installer took the extra time to go over everything and provided some inside tips on operating with my existing key fob. Very professional installers and very happy with the process.

The service we were told would take 2-3 hours took over 5 hours. It turned out to be an issue with the computer on the vehicle they had never seen before so I don't blame them for that, things happen. What I do find issue with is the lack of communication about the issues. We could have driven home and waited there instead of going all over trying to kill time. And we had to stand in line outside the store to wait to to get in to find out what was going on. And the first time we asked we were treated like an inconvenience. The installation seems to be working well and no issues but the communication is definitely lacking.

The tech was super friendly. Explained to me the differences in car starters in detail. Offered to install same day because a bunch of appointments canceled last minute. It was all installed in a little more than a hour and he walked me through how to use.

The technician was quite knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to complete the job quite well.

The installer, Victor, was the best. He was able to complete the installation of my remote starter quickly and he explained exactly how to use the starter.

Andre did a fantastic job installing the remote starter on my car. He was very patient, and showed me everything I need to know about the system.

Best buy installation was great. They got everything working correctly. This is the second auto start I have had installed by best buy and I would definitely go back for a 3rd when needed.

Geek Squad did a great job installing the Compustar Remote Start on my daughter's truck for a Christmas present. As a college student in North Dakota it was awesome they were able to accommodate us with an appointment so quickly!

I was skeptical at first with getting the installation done from Best Buy. I assumed that their team only works on computer electronics. Since I was getting the installation for free, i jumped on the deal and had it installed. The estimated time was 2 hours and the install was completed on time. The rep who helped us was friendly as well and grabbed the part from the store for us, instead of us going in and picking it up.

My husband loves his new remote starter! It works beautifully from inside the house. The guy that installed it did a great job at hiding the wire so I could surprise my husband on Christmas morning.
