Everything is working so the installation is excellent.

They had a cancellation and I was able to get installed the next day. Was installed and all the functions of my car that could have been issues with having the remote start installed (keyless entry, auto-locking features, etc...) all work great.

The auto tech did a professional job installing a Viper DS4+ remote start with security add-on. Everything looks well placed and works like it should. As a Total Tech Support member I'm very pleased and highly recommend this service.

Bestbuy techs did a great job installing my remote starter that I puchased from ebay. They finished in installation in about 2 hours flat. I was missing a couple of items and they used some of their own items they had laying around. They guys were great

Did a great job on putting in remote starter. Very professional and new what they were doing. Only complaint I have is they didnt give me my boxes with instructions in them back. Tried calling n left a message but no response back.

The gentleman that work in the installation area of the Mays Landing store were very professional and worked very clean and walked me through the use of my remote starter . I recommend them if you plan on having a remote starter installed on your vehicle

The installation was done well, the installer was careful with my car which I appreciated. Some confution on the features of the alarm and starter and what the system was capable of doing, a few things were replaced and I m satisfied as of now.

5 Stars! for Andre at the Evanston, Il location... Appointment at 1:15 I arrived and no wait... 3 hours later I returned and car was done on time.. Andre took the time to explain how everything worked even though he had another car waiting to be serviced. Lose 2 stars because I purchased this as a surprise Christmas gift for my girlfriends SUV at their Niles location which is near my house. They set me up for an appointment for the 24th. Two days before that appointment they called and said that it wasn’t possible on that date. So Xmas kinda sucked and then I had to wait 3 weeks and drive an extra half hour away to get it installed. They could have at least offered an upgrade on the kit.

I'm very impressed with the installation service at BestBuy! My truck is older so the alarm install wasn't too easy, however the installer kept me informed every step of the way and finished the job in a timely manner. After the install he showed me all of the features my alarm included, helped me sign up for the app and made sure everything was working as expected. Excellent service!

The technician was quite knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to complete the job quite well.

I was skeptical at first with getting the installation done from Best Buy. I assumed that their team only works on computer electronics. Since I was getting the installation for free, i jumped on the deal and had it installed. The estimated time was 2 hours and the install was completed on time. The rep who helped us was friendly as well and grabbed the part from the store for us, instead of us going in and picking it up.

Dropped my car off for installation and it was done before I knew it. Installed product works as expected and install looks clean. Tech was personable and took time to function test when I arrived to pick up.

Well it starts my car and got it half off so I'm giving it a 5 out of 5 due to price, and functionality. Issues: Remote start works about 90% of the time starting my car. Releasing my lift gate maybe 15% of the time. Off sale or $600 it's a 3.5 due to primary lift gate rarely unlocking. Conclusion: I'm giving it a 5 due to $300 price on sale with installation included. My doors unlock every time and on cold days it has saved me some headaches dealing with spring snow by warming the car before I got in. The lift gate is a problem when I have groceries in my hand and it rarely works. I'm typically surprised when it does work.
