Bought a remote car starter for my girlfriend for a Christmas present. The guys at Best Buy installed it in a very timely manor and were very good about explaining everything to my girlfriend so she understood how to use it.

I recommend this product, I have it in both my cars and I have never had any problems!

The remote start installation was done professionally. They ran into a problem with my computer, but didn't give up. They took their time and made sure they got it working. I highly recommend them for your installation needs.

Had it installed this last Monday and it’s doing exactly what I was hoping it would do. Loving this starting the car from inside the house when it’s in the mid 20’s outside! Now if I could just remember to set the heater and defrost the night before all would be grand!

Did a great job on putting in remote starter. Very professional and new what they were doing. Only complaint I have is they didnt give me my boxes with instructions in them back. Tried calling n left a message but no response back.

Bestbuy techs did a great job installing my remote starter that I puchased from ebay. They finished in installation in about 2 hours flat. I was missing a couple of items and they used some of their own items they had laying around. They guys were great

Well it starts my car and got it half off so I'm giving it a 5 out of 5 due to price, and functionality. Issues: Remote start works about 90% of the time starting my car. Releasing my lift gate maybe 15% of the time. Off sale or $600 it's a 3.5 due to primary lift gate rarely unlocking. Conclusion: I'm giving it a 5 due to $300 price on sale with installation included. My doors unlock every time and on cold days it has saved me some headaches dealing with spring snow by warming the car before I got in. The lift gate is a problem when I have groceries in my hand and it rarely works. I'm typically surprised when it does work.
