Installation was professional and perfect. Installer was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No sign at all that my car was disassembled and reassembled. I will definitely use Best Buy installation again.

First time for a Best Buy install. The guys at Owings Mills did a great job. Appointment was on time and it didn't take as long as they said to install. They went over all the features and explained the lifetime warranty before I left.

Excellent service from the technician in the service bay. They were on time and call when the install was complete. Explained how the system worked. I like that. He did not just hand me the remote without explaining.

We had to replace an alarm that didn’t work. This met our needs for a simple and effective alarm system. The technician was very nice and completed the work in a timely manner and communicated with us throughout the installation.

It’s took about an hour and a half which I would say is not too long especially when there only one guy working. he was great.

They did a great job installing! They even showed my wife how to work it afterwards.

I bought my daughter a remote starter at Best Buy for her car for Christmas and brought it in to Geek Squad for installation. I handed Agent Olsen the key. He looked at the key fob and asked me when we bought her car. I said “6 months ago, why?” He said, “because your daughter’s car already has remote start on it” and he showed me the button on her fob. I was surprised because she was never told about it from the dealership. Agent Olsen said they get customers all the time bringing in remote starts for their vehicles, not knowing their car already has it. The day before, they had 2! Not only did he refund my purchase of the unneeded remote start and install fee, he also took the time to show me how to work her remote start that was already installed in her car. I appreciated his honesty and time for showing me how to work something when he didn’t have to.

Installed a remote start to my 2018 Honda Civic. It has been about a month so far. No complaints. Have a two year warranty through Geek Squad. Simply taking it day by day. The longer it lasts, the better.

The agent completed all of the work in the time stated. He took ample time explaining how to use the remote start. When a minor error was noticed he quickly fixed it and ensured that everything worked as needed. Great work!!!
