Bestbuy techs did a great job installing my remote starter that I puchased from ebay. They finished in installation in about 2 hours flat. I was missing a couple of items and they used some of their own items they had laying around. They guys were great

Well it starts my car and got it half off so I'm giving it a 5 out of 5 due to price, and functionality. Issues: Remote start works about 90% of the time starting my car. Releasing my lift gate maybe 15% of the time. Off sale or $600 it's a 3.5 due to primary lift gate rarely unlocking. Conclusion: I'm giving it a 5 due to $300 price on sale with installation included. My doors unlock every time and on cold days it has saved me some headaches dealing with spring snow by warming the car before I got in. The lift gate is a problem when I have groceries in my hand and it rarely works. I'm typically surprised when it does work.

The gentleman that work in the installation area of the Mays Landing store were very professional and worked very clean and walked me through the use of my remote starter . I recommend them if you plan on having a remote starter installed on your vehicle

The installation was done well, the installer was careful with my car which I appreciated. Some confution on the features of the alarm and starter and what the system was capable of doing, a few things were replaced and I m satisfied as of now.

Its great. Very convenient, works amazing even with my regular key fob so i dont have to carry the extra fob around with me. Very satisfied!

5 Stars! for Andre at the Evanston, Il location... Appointment at 1:15 I arrived and no wait... 3 hours later I returned and car was done on time.. Andre took the time to explain how everything worked even though he had another car waiting to be serviced. Lose 2 stars because I purchased this as a surprise Christmas gift for my girlfriends SUV at their Niles location which is near my house. They set me up for an appointment for the 24th. Two days before that appointment they called and said that it wasn’t possible on that date. So Xmas kinda sucked and then I had to wait 3 weeks and drive an extra half hour away to get it installed. They could have at least offered an upgrade on the kit.

Dropped my car off for installation and it was done before I knew it. Installed product works as expected and install looks clean. Tech was personable and took time to function test when I arrived to pick up.

They did a great job and they done it quickly, I was very satisfied and impressed

Installation was professional and perfect. Installer was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No sign at all that my car was disassembled and reassembled. I will definitely use Best Buy installation again.

Excellent service from the technician in the service bay. They were on time and call when the install was complete. Explained how the system worked. I like that. He did not just hand me the remote without explaining.

First time for a Best Buy install. The guys at Owings Mills did a great job. Appointment was on time and it didn't take as long as they said to install. They went over all the features and explained the lifetime warranty before I left.
