Well it starts my car and got it half off so I'm giving it a 5 out of 5 due to price, and functionality. Issues: Remote start works about 90% of the time starting my car. Releasing my lift gate maybe 15% of the time. Off sale or $600 it's a 3.5 due to primary lift gate rarely unlocking. Conclusion: I'm giving it a 5 due to $300 price on sale with installation included. My doors unlock every time and on cold days it has saved me some headaches dealing with spring snow by warming the car before I got in. The lift gate is a problem when I have groceries in my hand and it rarely works. I'm typically surprised when it does work.

My tech person was Quincy he was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing. He also helped down loading the app for me

The auto tech did a professional job installing a Viper DS4+ remote start with security add-on. Everything looks well placed and works like it should. As a Total Tech Support member I'm very pleased and highly recommend this service.

The remote start installation was on time and got done early. The technician showed me how to use it and has worked pretty good.

5 Stars! for Andre at the Evanston, Il location... Appointment at 1:15 I arrived and no wait... 3 hours later I returned and car was done on time.. Andre took the time to explain how everything worked even though he had another car waiting to be serviced. Lose 2 stars because I purchased this as a surprise Christmas gift for my girlfriends SUV at their Niles location which is near my house. They set me up for an appointment for the 24th. Two days before that appointment they called and said that it wasn’t possible on that date. So Xmas kinda sucked and then I had to wait 3 weeks and drive an extra half hour away to get it installed. They could have at least offered an upgrade on the kit.

Remote starter works awesome. Upgraded to a 2-way FOB for increased range, and notice that vehicle started. Installation was quick, and the Tech thorougly Explained how to use the remote, and tested all features to make sure everything worked. Very pleased overall.

They had a cancellation and I was able to get installed the next day. Was installed and all the functions of my car that could have been issues with having the remote start installed (keyless entry, auto-locking features, etc...) all work great.

Had no problems with the install, very good, professional help, and done quick but took a long time to get in though.

The installation tech, Gabriel was very patient, pleasant and honest. I appreciate great customer service and wish everyone would treat their customers like he does! Best Buy is lucky to have a wonderful employee like Gabriel!

Arrived for my appointment and within the hour was told the remote start was installed and the car was ready to go. Using the in store pick up option when I scheduled the appointment made sure they had the kit in store in time for my appointment. Very polite and fast service. Very great price to add remote start to a vehicle. The remote works very well and the range is good.

It's been years since I've had a rote start installation done and I was nervous because I had a few bad experiences. But I guess car tech has come a long way to simplify the process because they had my car sone in a little over an hour and it's been working great.

Not very happy with this process. I just got home from the second attempt to have my remote start installed in my truck. It is still not installed. The first trip I took half a day off work and was at the store for four hours to not have the system installed. Todays trip I will not hold against the installer as he found the problem with the t harness pretty quick but had to order another harness and now schedule a third trip for install. So with that it will probably be 6 weeks after initial purchase before the install is complete. Hopefully there are no more issues found on the next trip.

Excellent, all around couldn’t be happier will definitely use again

The installation was done well, the installer was careful with my car which I appreciated. Some confution on the features of the alarm and starter and what the system was capable of doing, a few things were replaced and I m satisfied as of now.

Had an alarm installed in my 2002 Ford Ranger Edge Job well done.

Dropped my car off for installation and it was done before I knew it. Installed product works as expected and install looks clean. Tech was personable and took time to function test when I arrived to pick up.
